Excellent service in the showroom and from the delivery drivers

We had a really positive experience at the Chippenham Dreams store. From the moment we walked in, Dan made us feel welcome without being overbearing or pushy, which we really appreciated. Buying a bed can feel like a big decision, but he made the whole process calm and straightforward.

Dan took the time to ask about our sleeping styles and any aches or symptoms we experience, and then talked us through the different mattress options in a clear and balanced way. What stood out most was that he didn’t try to steer us toward the most expensive option — he genuinely focused on what would suit us best. He also suggested different pillow choices tailored to my needs and explained why certain ones might help, which felt very thoughtful and personalised.

Small touches made a difference too, like offering us a glass of water while we were testing mattresses. It made the experience feel comfortable rather than rushed or transactional.

We haven’t received the bed yet, but based on the in-store service alone, we’re very happy with our decision and grateful for Dan’s professionalism and care. Highly recommend the Chippenham Dreams team.

My new bed . The experience in the store was very good the manager was very helpful and knew a great deal about beds and was able to guide me in choosing the ideal bed for me . The guys who delivered the bed were great and arrived when they saix they would .well done Dreams .

Effective and efficient staff, all of whom were friendly and polite. The mattress works as advertised too.

Great company, very supportive and knowledgeable sales staff. Helpful without being overly " sales oriented". Never felt pressured to buy or got the slightest hint of up selling, just a genuine interest in helping us choose the best bed for us.

The sales team ensured that all aspects of delivery and assembly went smoothly considering we are elderly and disabled. The bed is extremely comfortable and the TV enclosed within is great

Our only issue is the delay in expected delivery of 5!! Weeks!!

When my flat fell through and I had to start all over again, they were very accommodating and held my mattress in their warehouse without complaint. It was worth waiting for, love it.

Our salesman Sam was very helpful without being pushy and although we eventually selected a mattress above our budget it was the right one for us. Very happy with the mattress and the delivery service. Communication was good and delivery was on time as predicted. A little peeved being asked to pay extra for a guarantee considering the price of the item so we declined that offer.
