Great service, very happy with my bed so far, would recommend

Very friendly staff very satisfied

I bought a mattress from Dreams-Chelmsford. The whole experience was very good. the assistant (Michelle) was friendly helpfuland knowledgeable. She explained the various procedures clearly and showed me the mattresses that would be most suitable. She did not pressurise me in any way as to a particular mattress but left me to make up my own mind. Having made my choice she explained details of costs for delivery, and removal of my old mattress.
When time for delivery came the people who delivered arrived withen in the time slot that I was informed of, were courteous, friendly and careful and the mattress was safely installed.

Really happy with ottoman single bed and gorgeous new mattress for son’s new bedroom! Delivery guys were great too, very courteous. Will be using again!

Great service and easy to fix an error I made when ordinary. Delivery was on time and the bed is great!

Very helpful. The whole process took about half an hour (busy deciding) but the assistant was very patient and wasn't pushy for a sale, just offered drinks as it was hot and chatted about each mattress in the list. My Mum kept going back to the first one, so that's the one she bought. Being delivered to the room of her choice etc. Recycling the old one too. Great service and would highly recommend Dreams 😊

I was completely satisfied with the advise and service I received on purchasing my double mattress , I was very impressed with the fact that my old existing mattress was being recycled and that I was given a huge plastic bag that it was taken away by the delivery men. I comend the delivery drivers with the fact they put plastic covers over theirs shoes plus the politeness and respect they gave me

We were served by Cathy in your Chelmsford branch recently, right from the start her customer service was spot on. Working in retail ourselves we honestly couldn’t fault her, she greeted us with a smile and wasn’t pushy at all.We loved the “Dreams computer mattress” which helped find our perfect mattress. With Cathy’s help we purchased our new mattress. Also to mention the delivery driver was very helpful as well, he explained to us which way our mattress should be and to leave it for a few hours to let it “air”. Thank you so much Chelmsford team would highly recommend!

Told the delivery time the day before and the Delivery driver phoned 5 minutes before arrival, very friendly and professional.

Great polite and knowledgeable service in the store. Delivery was well organised and on time. Communication either by email or text was frequent with the delivery drivers calling us exactly when we expected with our ETA.

Store staff was amazing, didn't make us feel pressured into purchasing at all, then the delivery guys were amazing as well, super friendly and helpful. Overall 5 star service and would highly recommend.

The mattress and bed base were delivered on time by a very helpful and polite team. It was quickly put together in situ and all packing removed from the room.

We were looking for 2 new bed mattresses, as our old ones were worn out and we were both suffering from aches and discomfort in our backs and joints.

We were served and advised by Rome who is a Customer Service Assistant at Chelmsford store, and he was absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in to the shop until the moment we left having purchased 2 new mattresses to suit our needs.

His knowledge was first class and he was extremely thorough in explaining everything about the different types of mattresses available and the financial layout of our purchases, which we have arranged to be delivered in May.

He was extremely patient with my Mum who has difficulty remembering certain details and information, due to her age and ADHD and Dyslexia., which helped to put her at ease when getting frustrated trying to remember things.

He is a credit to himself and Dreams as a company overall.

Fantastic service. Bed looks amazing but feels harder than in the shop but am getting used to it after a few weeks and sleeping much better. Happy with the price paid too. Maria in Chelmsford was not in the least bit pushy very friendly and helpful and the bed came on the day they said it would with regular updates. The assembly guys were quick and efficient the whole process from start to finish was a DREAM pun intended!
