Easy to order, then bed delivered on time with great delivery guys who were very helpful (Gary and Vinny)

Delivery was on time and the guys were very courteous and wore protective covering on their shoes when entering the house.
They were very efficient with the assembly of the bed and tidied up afterwards and took away all packaging.
I can strongly recommend Dreams and commend their staff from sales through to delivery and installation !

From going into store to getting the bed delivered could not of been easier the last instore took her time with us showing us all options in divan beds did the sleep experience so could get right mattresse to us the 2 delivery people were so polite kept me updated to when they would be here made sure they did all they could with setting bed up took all rubbish away wore over shoes to protect my carpets could not wish for better service

Problem
I passed credit on your computer because I wanted ten months free credit and when it come to going thru on credit a glitch happens on your computer but the assistant tried twice and it could not finish it off so I paid around eighteen hundred pounds cash but because of this the assistant knocked around eight nine pounds off my purchase which I was really happy about thanku mr John baptist

Great Service, Quick Delivery
Staff were very helpful in mattress selection and payment. Mattress was delivered a week later, was quick and easy. Mattress is great quality for the price.

Simple build and great instructions
Simple build and great instructions. Delivery might not have happened as the order process didn’t work as expected. Carlisle team sorted it and were so helpful and a credit to Dreams.

Plenty of time to properly consider our purchase and many bed and mattress choices to try ; staff friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery excellent - on time, informative, friendly and made sure bedroom was kept clean and hygienic.

Great quality bed, delivered quickly
Very good service in store and delivery in 6 days was great. Love the new double ottoman bed . The delivery men were some if the friendliest we have met and they quickly and efficiently put together the bed ( paid £70 for this service) . Good quality bed , looks great, very happy .
