Very knowledgeable staff good range of mattresses

Great customer service, quality products .

We had a mainly great experience buying a new bed. But we did think at first the Carlisle store looked like it had closed down, needs brightening up in some way. Staff were great inside and buying a new mattress was easy and we felt good value for money. Our bed was delivered on time. Thankyou

From ordering our new beds to having them delivered was a dream (pardon the pun) the guys that delivered our beds were great nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Dreams and their delivery/fitting guys

We bought an electric rise and fall bed with my Mum. On the sale we we assured we could use the lowest leg setting, a choice of one of three. On installation the lowest leg cannot be used as it affects the headboard mounting. The bed information provided was incorrect and d therefore, missing sold.

Frame and mattress were delivered no complaints, staff in store were helpful and spoke to me about extending warranty and what it covers etc. They offered us build if frame and recycling of old products

Excellent service in the store. No hard sell and the assistant was very knowledgeable, taking time to show us all the mattresses which he believed would fit our requirements. The delivery of the mattress was very smooth and exactly on time. The product itself really lives up to our expectations.

Great service start to finish

From start, Carlisle Store, where we had a very large discount, to finish on the bed and mattress arrival the service was spot on couldn’t fault it!

From the greeting when we entered the store, right through the buying process and to the delivery everyone at Dreams was friendly,helpful and efficient.
The "test bed" for checking was great for recommending a shortlist of suitable mattresses. Staff were helpful, no hard sell just proper advice. Will definitely use again and would highly recomend from our experience.

Delivery was on time and the guys were very courteous and wore protective covering on their shoes when entering the house.
They were very efficient with the assembly of the bed and tidied up afterwards and took away all packaging.

From going into store to getting the bed delivered could not of been easier the last instore took her time with us showing us all options in divan beds did the sleep experience so could get right mattresse to us the 2 delivery people were so polite kept me updated to when they would be here made sure they did all they could with setting bed up took all rubbish away wore over shoes to protect my carpets could not wish for better service

I passed credit on your computer because I wanted ten months free credit and when it come to going thru on credit a glitch happens on your computer but the assistant tried twice and it could not finish it off so I paid around eighteen hundred pounds cash but because of this the assistant knocked around eight nine pounds off my purchase which I was really happy about thanku mr John baptist
