From start to finish our purchase of mattress, bed frame, headboard and pillows was smooth and easy, sales assistant Sharon was superb and went above and beyond her role for us. Would recommend Dreams Cannock to anyone.👍👍👍

Cannot fault the service. The bed we wanted wasn't showing as in stock or when it was expected to be in stock, so left our details a few weeks later received a phone call telling us when the bed would be available.We had totally forgot about it. The Staff were always very friendly and helpful would definitely buy from Dreams again.

From the moment we entered the store my partner and I were met with kindness and compassion by the delightful assistant Kiran.
I am disabled and find it difficult to lie down easily but Kiran was patient and supportive and we felt as though she genuinely cared that we were sold the best mattress for our needs.

Upon walking in a sales advisor greeted us. I am normally uncomfortable with this, but Gary had the balance right throughout our visit. He was polite, to the point and was led by our needs when giving us advice and information. He took time to learn our names and used these throughout our visit, a small but valued touch. Gary was very helpful- lots of knowledge to answer our questions and he spent a lot of time responding to our needs and questions. We felt no pressure. Gary would move away to give us time to talk between us, but would check in periodically to see if we were okay. He made our visit a pleasant one and we are very happy with our purchase and the service he provided.

Fantastic service at our local Dreams store in Cannock. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped to find us the perfect mattress and two lovely new pillows. We would highly recommend the store and found the service off Gary and Adrianna to be professional and friendly without the pushy sales patter, they even gave us a discount on two pillows as we bought a new mattress. Highly recommend this store.

Great experience in store, the staff had excellent knowledge and shared her own opinion, she had excellent knowledge of the products and even tho we initially said we were only looking and wasn’t intending to make a purchase today she still spent time to show us all products and used the sleep match. Our visit wasn’t rushed and because and we were made to feel welcome, because of this we decided to buy our bed and mattress and was explained the delivery time which suited us.

My mother and I had a very positive experience at Dreams in Cannock. Sharon was very knowledgable in helping my mum to choose the correct mattress using Sleepmatch. Sharon showed us examples of types of mattresses.
Sharon was very friendly and polite and her male colleague offered friendly banter too. All in all a very happy experience. Highly recommended.

We recently visited the Dreams Store at Cannock, and we were very impressed with the service we received. We were greeted by Tammy and she set us on the sleep match machine to check the best option for us and she explained the features and warranties as we tried out the selected mattresses. We tried the pillows which were amazing, and purchased 2 pillows with our mattress. No pressure sell and time to try out the mattresses. Ordering was simple and the mattress is being delivered next week. Very pleasant experience and would definitely reccommend this store.

I was served by a young lady called Tammy who is an absolute credit to the company extremely helpful and really pleasant I'm really happy with my purchase can't wait for my new bed to arrive 😀

A very good experience when trying to buy a new mattress for our bed. We knew there was a huge choice and decided to visit dreams as we purchased our bed from there in 2009

Visited Dreams in Cannock. Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Paul helped us choose our bed and mattress and arrange our delivered and assembled for a date that was convenient for us. Excellent service overall highly recommend.
