I am well impressed with Dreams at Cannock.
The service has been exceptional. I phoned up to ask about bed frames for a project we are doing and the manager offered to get the kettle on for when we arrived, how often does that happen! That is good old fashioned service.
I felt valued before even opening their door and both the staff were very friendly, and we got our cup of tea.
We ended up ordering not just a bed frame but a mattress and we had a headboard from their clearance section, absolute bargain! It was very nice to learn that the reason for the very reasonable prices of the mattresses was they are made locally, not shipped half way round the world!
They also have a super machine that matches you to the correct mattress, it is well worth a go.
The order delivery was fitted around our diary and arrived exactly when they said and the delivery people couldn't be more helpful. Text and email before delivery and down to a 1 hour slot on the day! Marvellous! no staying in all day to wait for a half hearted drop and run at the door, they carried all the parts into the house for me.
I will definitely be using this branch of Dreams again and I am very pleased with with my purchase.
The bed frame, which was very well packaged, not only came with instructions and a spanner but a colouring in page to keep the kids occupied! Shame We haven't got kids, perhaps a four pack of beer maybe a option!

From visiting the Cannock shop to the delivery of the mattress the service was first class. The delivery men arrived as advised and collected the old product with no problem at all

Amazing bed frame, was an old collection bed frame so got it for £64!! Originally like £320😅 my only fault is that the headboard was missing the screws to attach it, but fortunately had some in my spares jar. Overall great products and really love them, also fantastic prices, headboard cost £24 originally £120.

Everything went just as Paul (the salesman) said it would which is quite a surprise these days the men assembled it and took away all the rubbish it was really good thanks a lot dreams.

Staff in store were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating when it was necessary to rearrange delivery dates. Delivery was exactly on schedule and again they were efficient and polite.

Bought a Dreams mattress many years ago and found it cured my back pain and was such an amazing buy. Then decided when it needed replacing to go with the Emma hype. Biggest mistake. My back hated me for it.
Back to Dreams and bought 3 new mattresses for the home after a really thorough purchase process that matched the best mattress to the individual. And exceptional customer service from Sharon at Cannock.
We are all so happy to be enjoying a comfortable nights sleep again.

My husband and i recieved a very welcoming visit at Dreams Cannock told in depth about what bed we were looking to purchase a thorough conversation instructions clear friendly approach we were sorted out delt with confidently making our visit pleasant not worrying us us details made clear both of us happy with our purchase and experiance.

Good to be able to test before you buy and also the sleep match bed test is a great idea and matched us with the most suitable type of mattress for our sleep style.

Arrived in the time slot allocated, in fact dead on at the start of 2 hour time slot.
Took his shoes off at door, carried both mattresses upstairs and left them where requested.
Had already taken old mattresses downstairs ready to take to tip, which was free for us living in Walsall, W Mids.
Helpful in shop, was going to have the old spring mattress, but after testing both out, decided on more expensive one.
Overall happy with mattresses now having them for 2 weeks, really comfortable.

Started giving us pelvis aches just after writing review.
Asked to exchange mattress which Dreams agreed to as still under guarantee.
When arrived to exchange it, they inspected old mattress and wouldn't exchange it as there was a stain on it, even though we had mattress protector on. We actually think it arrived stained as we had never noticed it even though we took the old mattress off the bed ready to be swapped.
Never took it away so had to buy a mattress topper, another £200, from another company.

Staffs spoken to at shop were very helpful and friendly carrying out all that was necessary to chose the correct product and delivery schedule.
This also applies to delivery staffs who did all that was required on the day.

The staff at Dreams were very helpful from the sales to delivery.
A very enjoyable experience. Thanks guy's.
