I would definitely recommend Dreams in Bury St Edmunds
Lewis is a really helpful sales associate in Bury St Edmunds Dreams. Knowledgeable, spent time didn’t feel rushed. Professional approach not pushy. Second mattress we have purchased from Dreams. Would definitely recommend them.

Bury St Edmunds Dreams Store
Visited the dreams store in Bury St Edmunds and felt instantly welcomed. I am not one for being hassled by sales representatives but Julia at the store never once made me feel that way. I felt as if she really cared that we were going to get the right mattress for us as myself and my wife both suffer from back problems. We got analysed on the mattress machine which was a novelty and we did have a laugh and a joke about the experience! We then got shown around a large choice of mattresses by Julia all of which fit our profile from the machine. Nothing was too much and felt like we had all the time in the world to make our choices, no pressure what so ever. We were given a wealth of information about the mattresses that we were trying and eventually the one which we chose. At checkout were were talked through all other options from delivery, mattress disposal, mattress cover, 40 night guarantee and additional products, none of which I felt pressured to buy. I would highly recommend dreams for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress or bed or anything else to go with it. We left the store feeling highly satisfied and like we had just had a day out! The store was also very child friendly as shopping with 2 young children can be an extremely awkward experience, they were very much catered to and I did not have to worry about them once. Bury St Edmunds is a fantastic store, especially Julia and a credit to the company.
