I bought a new single bed from Dreams (online) which was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery team. The bed was easy to assemble and, given its price, is of a very high quality.

We bought a super king from the Bury store. We got the Tempur Mattress and Frame.
Nathan was extremely helpful. We didn’t feel rushed even when putting in different combinations of beds to work out which price worked best for us. He even gave us “Natty’s top tips” from his experience with mattresses.
We were always offered a drink when in store and didn’t feel pressured.
The delivery was seamless, the men were very helpful and had great banter. They assembled the bed and showed my partner how to use the bed (electric ottoman).
Would highly recommend.
We have never slept better.

My mother needed a new mattress so off we went to Dreams in Bury St Edmunds. The chap who dealt with us was fab, she laid on endless mattresses before selecting her favourite. She was given all the information about said mattress so was able to make her choice. The delivery men took her old one away and placed the new one. Mum was told it would take a few nights before she got used to the mattress, but within the week she was sleeping most of the night which she had not done in a long time.

Needed a new mattress / bed base , the advice and information given was excellent and we are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommended. The delivery team were also excellent and knowledgeable of the product and services.

We got a dreams fakenham mattress. This was long overdue for us, as our old mattress had definitely worn out...it was so bad my husband was sleeping on the sofa!! We ordered our mattress and got it delivered quickly,(with our free mattress protector). we LOVE our new mattress, it's very comfy and hard to get out of bed now.we also got a free "snusan", she is very sweet and I would have like a" beddy" to go with her but I wasn't allowed to buy one. All in all, thanks dreams, from the guys in the shop, to the guys who delivered....I all did a great job.

Listened to, guided to the correct level of comfort on our Tempur mattress - all done professionally and goods delivered on time by two brilliant operatives. Old mattress taken away at same time saving us disposal issues.

The assistants were helpful, informative but honest about what would best suit, and were available without being too pushy.

Great staff, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. No pressure sale. Enjoyed my time picking out pillows which extended into purchasing a mattress and bed frame. The mattress matchmaker was a fun experience but doesn't take away from a knowledgeable salesman who had already listened to my needs and paired me with the bed I eventually bought, backed up by the mattress matchmaker!
