Fabulous store helpful staff
14 years ago I purchased a tempur mattress because of chronic back problems. I purchased it from your Crawley store, they were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Moving on it was time to replace said mattress. As we had moved we went to the Bury St Edmunds store, we were met by Nathan who was again very helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot praise Dreams enough.

we found the service class and would use them again.
we found the service first class,the sales person,Ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions.He showed us several matresses varying in style,construction and of course let us try each and every one,he also tried us on a machine to take various readings to help us pick the matress that we wouldf find most comfortable,this turned out right for us.

Highly recommend Dreams
Highly recommend Nathan in Dreams. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly when we bought our mattresses. Nathan talked us through what would be the most suitable mattresses within our budget.

Dreams the professionals
Dreams informed me the previous evening with a approximate delivery time. The next day I was updated with my delivery. and first thing in the morning i was called by Scott, the delivery driver, with an aproximate delivery time, which was virtually spot on. They were very friendly and professional, they also wore footwear protectors. Nothing was too much trouble, first class service. I have been using Dreams at Bury St, Edmunds for a lot of years, and the service has never changed, Well done Dreams.

Did not sleep as well and good as I do for years . Love my new bed very much . Will recommend it with an open heart . It’s one word great .
