Great staff, relaxed atmosphere
Great staff, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. No pressure sale. Enjoyed my time picking out pillows which extended into purchasing a mattress and bed frame. The mattress matchmaker was a fun experience but doesn't take away from a knowledgeable salesman who had already listened to my needs and paired me with the bed I eventually bought, backed up by the mattress matchmaker! Staff instore polite, friendly and helpful.
Delivery was prompt, drivers polite and helpful. Made easy work of removing old mattress. Really happy with the new mattress, isceverythjng we hoped for

Friendly , helpful ( and non pushy ) salesman , even managed to get us a deal on an already reduced mattress .

Helpful staff in a number of branches
Helpful staff in a number of branches, patient with ensuring we left with the right product and clear information about our delivery date which happened as planned. Very helpful online support mid process and staff delivering product were also brilliant. Faultless service throughout, would happily recommend. Thank You to the Dream Team!

No stock held in store. Display only.
We really wanted to buy a headboard there and then, but to no avail we had to wait 2 weeks. No stock held in store only display stock. Surely the store is large enough to hold small item stock.

Thank you for leaving you review. Our stores don't hold stock of headboards unfortunately, the stores are just showrooms, and the stock needs to be ordered in, before we can deliver to our customers. I am sorry that the headboard was not readily available for you.

Excellent experience
The assistant instore was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The delivery was very efficient up a tricky staircase.

Fantastic staff very helpful
Fantastic staff very helpful in finding the right mattress for me they were not pushy like some shops, and they didn't rush me also sorted out a really good deal for me .
