The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. I was kept informed about when to expect delivery. The delivery people were also friendly and helpful and had finished building the bed in no time. My bed is comfortable and I am pleased with it. I have already recommended your company to a friend.

We didn't really know what to expect when we came into the store, but Dan was there immediately to help us. From the testing rig to going through our personalised selection of mattresses, it was a really smooth process that helped us make a decision we were happy with - big thanks to Dan for all his help. We did make some changes to the order after we made it as the lead in time for the bed frame was 3 months, we looked elsewhere for a quicker one, but updating the order was quick and easy. Any interactions with customer service were easy as well, although the lines are only available from 9-5 which is slightly inconvenient for someone that works 8-6 but I made it work. Overall very happy, delivery was on time and we were given a slot and alerts as promised - hopefully the mattress lives up to expectations! We did buy some pillows on the day and have been in love with them so we have high hopes.

The member of staff, Reiss at the Brislington branch was so helpful and helped us choose our new mattress, which was delivered on time and with care by the delivery team. The mattress is so comfortable and I would highly recommend Dreams.

Helpful friendly staff and good delivery service

The Dreams store in Brislington (Bristol) is our ‘go to’ store when buying a bed. We’ve bought several beds and mattresses from them over the years for various rooms.
The service is always excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating.
Steve, the Store Manager, has been there for many years and it’s obvious he takes a pride in providing excellent customer service. He is obviously training his team well as the assistant who helped us this time was equally good.
The delivery team were also excellent. Communication before delivery was great and both of the delivery team were professional, friendly and very respectful of our home when they delivered and erected the bed.
We will continue to use Dreams for all our relevant purchases.

From the moment we entered the store to leaving it we felt valued, listened too and that we had received a good honest deal. Customer service has gone down hill in many different industries but not at Dreams. The sale assistant, Jennifer was great, (not pushy) bubbly, friendly and knew her stuff. Got us to try the sleep match system, which confirmed our view on the mattress we were looking to purchase. However Jennifer suggested we try others as a way of process of elimination just to be sure we were purchasing the right mattress for us. I enquired about ordering online instead of directly through the shop and asked if there were any discounts or price matches they could offer if we ordered via the store and I was pleased to say we received a large discount and extras (pillows, quit etc) while also helping to support keep a very good high street store open. The whole experience has been refreshing from what we have become a customed to in the UK with customer service. A lot of other high street stores could take a leaf out of Dreams book.

Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in store. Easy to order and arrange delivery. Had to contact customer service to arrange mattress recycling rather than being able to add it to the order online after ordering. Smooth and careful delivery on time as arranged.
One suggestion for the ottoman bed assembly instructions: the lowering of the frame only works AFTER the mattress is on the bed but the instructions don't say or show this, which means it is easy to get the bed stuck in the open position
