I bought a bed around a month ago and then decided my daughter needs a new bed ! I went back to the brislington Bristol bed shop the only reason I went back there was because of the sales person Zac ! We got the same full service from him got to try the computer bed reader / drinks offered & correct pillows as we walked round . I could of gone to my daughters local dream shop she lives 200miles in Blackpool but we ordered it here in brislington and got delivered to her address
I don’t like fake / false sales pitches this is the reason why I returned to dreams

Friendly and helpful service

I am so pleased with our new Flaxby Ottoman Divan bed. It is so well made. Dreams made the whole process so easy. We were gutting our bedroom, walls re plastered, new wardrobes build etc. so it was difficult knowing when we would actually be in a position to have the bed delivered. Working round the dates that I had for workmen to complete their jobs I made an educated guess. As we got nearer to the delivery date we knew we wouldn’t be ready, so I went online and was able to put the delivery back, It was so easy to do, no stress, just chose a date that suited us.
On the delivery day, I was kept informed of my allotted time slot, and the driver phoned to say they were on their way. The delivery guys were excellent, they wore covers over their shoes which I appreciated as we just had new carpet fitted and it was raining outside. We paid for the bed to be assembled, which they did swiftly and efficiently. They even put our mattress on the bed so that we could make sure the bed lifted up properly. A very pleasant experience, highly recommend Dreams.

The sales assistant, Rhys, was helpful, knowledgeable and really did all he could to make the process work for us. He was an excellent salesperson - not just pushy but listened and gave brilliant service

As a support worker for a client in the neuro divergent spectrum , I can’t praise Dans customer service more ! I just simply thought this type of customer service no longer exist ! But today we found it ! Is so amazing is almost surreal!

The staff were very helpful and with their assistance helped us make an informed decision on which products to buy. Delivery was excellent and all the packaging was neatly collected and removed before leaving.
