Great experience in store to make selection and set up finance deal, big up Brislington store in Bristol. Delivery team were also great and very quick in setting up.

Someone get this man a raise! Daniel from dreams (brislington branch) was extremely helpful and sold me on the first bed frame.

Went like a dream.
Professional, friendly, no pressure in the showroom. Helpful communication during delivery period. Regular updates regarding arrival time on delivery day. Assembly carried out by friendly and helpful staff with care and consideration for the house. All rubbish removed and instructions given. A complete good service start to finish.

So much unbiased knowledge
We bought an expensive mattress without the need to go to any other store or shop around, the no-pressure service and knowledge were first class from Dan, he didn't feel like a salesman, but more like an advisor who educated us which informed me of what was my best option would be,100% happy.

Reiss was a very friendly member of staff
He offered us drinks when going through the finance options
He recommended pillows and discussed options for removal of old mattress etc
We took our 8 year old with us and he was very good with her to

Jennifer/Jen gave an A+ service!
Jennifer/Jen was really great at helping us out with the bed frame we wanted to purchase. We ideally wanted to purchase online and get finance however there was an issue with billing and delivery address that we needed to go in store for.
She helped us set up the credit agreement and was really informative about the whole process! Even recommended product offers currently on at Dreams and even got us a hot cuppa on a cold day!
Overall it was a fantastic service, couldn’t fault Dreams!

Sales do not try and over sell the products.
Found shop in Brislington to be clean and fresh looking. Not over crowded with goods, ɓut a great range.
Sales staff were attentive and very helpful
Purchase was made easy by the salesman serving me.
