Still having trouble with my back

The delivery was excellent. Kept us updated on timescales which makes life so lush easier knowing! And the bed delivered to the room which again was helpful. The bed is smashing so there is zero complaints. We are thrilled thank you 🙌

Great all round service, staff and product

Sean at the Bridgend store was outstanding. My husband has several health issues and by using the sleepmatch system he was able to help and guide us to the mattress we needed. We were offered a friendly greeting and a warm drink as soon as we arrived, he fully explained how he could help and even provide us with comfortable pillows. We bought the extra insurance, the full package in fact and didn't feel the need to question his intentions. He even carried the pillows, mattress protector and mattress recycling bag to the car for us. Sean is a credit to the team, it was a quick, friendly and god experience. Well done Sean.

Staff were very helpful. We got shown various different mattresses - different ones covering on how you slept (usual position), whether you wanted hard or soft etc.. When we picked the one we wanted, we were told it's maintenance. Other products such as beds, pillows, mattress covers etc. were also available for purchase. The mattress was delivered on time - so no problem

Excellent service from Dreams. The 2 man team arrived shortly after their phone call, to deliver and assemble, my king size bed and headboard. they skillfully negotiated a sharp turn in my staircase to the bedroom. they were friendly, professional and in good humour. A well deserved 5 stars.

Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. There was no fast sell they were interested in helping you find the right bed. It was like a breath of fresh air.
