Jasmine was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable in the products available. She took us round the shop and based on a few simple questions quickly narrowed down to 4 products for me to test. She was able to get me the perfect mattress on an amazing deal. Given she was relatively new to the role, had she not mentioned it I would never have known. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. Everything from in shop to at home delivery went smoothly.

Bed was exactly what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and as I’d paid for assembly it was efficiently put together. Very pleased with the bed and the service. Diolch Dreams!

Very happy with the bed and mattresses we purchased. But I was very disappointed about the pillows and quilts we received.
We were told that we would have with our order 2 sets of pillows and 2 quilts , we were shown the quilts we were to have , they were lovely quality, we were to be sent ours by delivery, well what a disappointment, the pillows were so thin, the quilts are awful, cheap and nasty. The bed and 2 mattresses were not cheap , it is not fair to then give poor quality items , when we were told we would receive same as the items were in the shop.

The staff were friendly, informative and helpful, they advised me the best matress was suitable for me after a session on the matress assessor, all in all a comfortable experience, and the installation was quick and painless as they took away. all the packaging with them.

Brilliant experience from start to finish live the new bed , no hard sales pitch and very helpful.

Call to the dreams show in waterton retail park brigdend. We were welcome by Daz the salesperson who asked us what we were looking for, we said a mattress we then try the testing bed they give 2 pillows to try the bed to fine out what suits your pattern. We then tested a few beds around the show room, what suits are needs.

Excellent service from the Dreams staff could not fault the experience I received. Salesperson who excelled was Jasmine.

Very welcoming staff, with no hard sell, but we were shown all the options. Once purchased we had to delay delivery twice, none of which was a problem and when it was delivered the bed was constructed and all packaging taken away. Great service.
