Great service and better sleep
Great service from Suleman in the shop. Good communication on the day of delivery. The delivery men were efficient careful and tidied up all the packaging.
It took a couple of days to.get used to the adjustable bed and Tempur mattress but now my sleep and achy hip are much improved.

We had a brilliant experience at Dreams…
We had a brilliant experience at Dreams Blackburn. We came in looking for an ottoman bed and promptly dealt with. We were measured for a new mattress and found a mattress that suited both myself and my partner. In the end we purchased an ottoman cinema bed which ticked all the boxes for our needs. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would purchase again from Dreams.

Suleman Blackburn Store customer service
We got in there we met a friendly person, he asked us about where we came from and we instantly connected. One great friendly guy. He asked us what we were looking for and what our preferences were and directed us exactly to what we wanted and the best quality for what we were looking for. Suleman was very patient throughout the process through our decision making. Great person, great personality, friendly and welcoming.

Good experience
Ordered online since I also use a cash back app so it worked out cheaper than buying in store. Although I did select the bed in store originally and the staff were really helpful.
Delivery went smoothly, polite delivery men who turned up when they were supposed to.
Would definitely recommend.

Dirty mattress
The customer service was good, but when the mattress arrived it was dirty in several places and needed to be wiped down before we could use it

Great customer service all round
Great sales people. Great product. Delivery came on time and we had a 30 min call to say they weren’t so far away. The delivery person Callum was great very polite and accommodating he put overshoes on with out asking which was great as I had a new carpet. Very good customer service all round. Thank you

Fantastic company and customer service - lovely people at Blackburn Store - Ollie and Niamh - professional , efficient great communication and delivery service would 100% recommend - great service - hard to find in this day and age

Sleep easy with Dreams
Although it took a little time for somebody to acknowledge us, we had a great interaction with Darren at our local store. He talked us through what worked for us, we must have tried 20 mattresses and he was very patient. Kudos Darren!
