Good agent maxe me comfortable and was very helpful and professional⁹

My bed purchased from dreams is all I hoped it would be. I can’t thank you enough, it’s so comfy

The girl in the store was so helpful!! She told me about the scan to see which mattress would be the best and then took me round the store encouraging me to try them. She then left us on our own to go round and talk, she was so lovely and i never felt under any pressure to buy!!
The delivery service was very good too, they updated my delivery slot and kept in touch informing me when they were 15 mins away. I couldn’t wrap the old mattress and they said “no problem, we’ll do that” They were polite and friendly putting covers over their shoes before coming in. They explained about the mattress and told me about the trial if i was unhappy. My sleep has definitely improved, but took me a while to get used too. Overall i think it was money well spent!!!

Absolutely faultless, from entering the store to delivery and removal of the old bed. Can't thank all staff involved enough.

From the point of entering Dreams in Blackburn Solly made me and my brother very welcome, he explained everything and showed us a selection of mattress and bed frames, he was very warm and offered refreshments, very jolly and a pleasure to do business with, once my bed was delivered the three men where also very friendly and considerate when carrying things upstairs and nothing was to much for them, well done to all involved

To put it briefly my wife and I went into our local dreams store to browse . on entry we was instantly approached by a salesman directing us to their magical sleep position machine.
after the short ordeal we were then directed to "our ideal mattress" which he said "met our exact requirements" and at this stage I repeated "we are just browsing" he asked us to follow him offering us hot chocolate on the way to which I politely declined as I am diabetic before reaching his sales desk. Two cups of hot chocolate were placed on the desk in front of us before the salesman returned with two newly bagged pillows. Turning to my wife I repeated we are only browsing what is going on?
as we looked at each other in confusion the printer behind the salesman was spitting out paperwork which was put in front of my wife.
My wife not wanting to cause ill feeling reached into her purse for her bank card and before you could say Jack Robinson we were the owners of a new mattress complete with so called complimentary pillows which were booked at a later date for delivery.
ok we did need a mattress at some stage but not this way at that time. looking back I wish I had been more insistent but the way it was done was very cunning.

We bought a mattress from Dreams. Their sales person recommended three mattresses on the basis of our needs and we are very happy with the one that we choose. The delivery was as agreed. The delivery people were careful and sensitive, bringing the new mattress to our bedroom and taking away the old one. We have slept happily since. Very comfortable

I cannot fault, in any way, the experience I have had with Dreams. From the moment I walked into Dreams at Blackburn, I was given excellent help and advise from the staff there, without them being over powering. The bed was delivered on time, again by 2 excellent delivery men, who went out of their way to make sure things were right.
The bed is for our son, and so far he has found it very comfortable and is sleeping a lot better now.

Delivered on time. The chaps who delivered were pleased, helpful, clean and tidy.

Sully was very helpful and guided us through the whole process

Staff in the branch were very helpful, our bed was delivered and assembled with the minimum of fuss, on the correct day and time.

Excellent service in the shop, very helpful staff. All comms arrived in good time. The delivery team arrived in time, were quick and efficient assembling the bed.
They were polite and thought of everything.
Took away all packaging.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams and will use them again.
