Fantastic staff and great products. Very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful staff both in store explaining the differences between products and what would best suit our needs and post sales in helping us with delivery and construction of our bed.
Our children's mid sleeper bed is a hit and looks amazing - a real wow for a child's room and the spring matress is very comfortable.

Exceptional service from Dan at the Dreams store in Aintree. Ended up paying more than I planned but after thorough explanation and testing this was the happiest choice for me with an easy interest free payment plan. Cannot recommend Dreams enough. Positive experience.

Feels a while ago when I went into the shop, Laura was extremely knowledgeable and patient.
I ordered the ottoman frame, had to wait 12 weeks , but it is worth the wait.
The delivery was efficient and it looks good, loads of space underneath. Opening the ottoman is easy.

I had an issue with the initial mattress I received but the customer services were extremely helpful and addressed my concern immediately.

My pensioner parents initially visited the store and purchased a bed within a few minutes but were not offered the sleep test and subsequently after sleeping on the bed it was no good for them and then used the dreams sleep guarantee. A second visit to the store they were greeted by Laura-Ann who was very helpful and full of knowledge and advice and proceeded with the dreams sleep test to identity the most suitable mattress for them.

Have to say very impressed with the service by Laura-Ann in making sure that my parents picked the most suitable mattress for their needs and can’t thank her enough as my mum struggled to sleep on the initial mattress

Laura-Ann is an asset to your company and when I need to replace my mattress I know I’ll be going back to the same store and placing an order with Laura-Ann as nothing was too much trouble and she was very attentive with my parents to ensure that they’d be happy with their purchase

Good service, no pressure from Kevin at Aintree, helpful advice. Arrived on time, delivery guys polite put protective covers on shoes put mattress on bed for us. All round good experience. Just getting use to pocket sprung mattress, which is firm, might need a topper. But good quality.

We use the Dreams showroom in Aintree Retail Park. Fantastic service as always. This is the third time we have used dreams for our beds from the team in the showroom are knowledgeable and patient and really give you a personal touch. We have had Shay and his team come out each time for delivery. I cannot express the professionalism and courtesy in which they behave with enough. They are wonderful and kind, accommodating and very mindful of your home. The whole team are real credit the Dreams Brand.
