Staff very polite and knowledgeable
Staff very polite and knowledgeable. Offered a virtual assessment on most suitable mattress and personally shown available options. My wife and I were offered coffee and made to feel welcome. Would recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

Amazing mattress
Tested so many mattresses and the one I found is perfect I had a sore back because of my old one and my new one is amazingly comfy my back is so good should have done it a long time ago love it

We had excellent advice from Liberty at our local Dreams. Liberty helped us put together the best divan, mattress and headboard for our particular needs.
On delivery and build day the gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently even solving a problem due to bed build being missed off the system.
Delighted with the service and enjoying our new bed.

Very happy with Dreams
No sales pressure from the staff in the store, had a body scan to see which type of mattress suited me. They were happy to give advice and let me try out the various mattresses. I picked the one I liked and the staff filled in all my details for purchasing and delivery. My mattress was delivered on the day it was meant to, I was contacted the day before and on the day to let me know where they were. I couldn't fault anything from picking my mattress to the delivery. Very happy and would recommend.

A very positive experience
Staff at the store were attentive and helpful without being pushy. They helped to make sure that the mattress we bought was right for our needs and budget.
The delivery team were friendly, and wore shoe covers whilst in our home and gave guidance on how best to care for our new mattress.
All in all my experience of buying a mattress from Dreams was a very positive one.

Comfy mattress
The lady in Aintree shop greated me at the door and tested me on a special bed and indicated the type of mattress best suited to me. Then showed me a range of mattresses in my budget.
