Very good with dreams

The sales staff are excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting customers to choose the right bed for them. I would happily recommend Dreams. They are the specialists they claim to be.

I don’t know the names of the delivery men but both of them were exceptional.

I had a very positive experience with Dreams at Aintree. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice without any pressure. Their guidance helped me find the right mattress for my needs and budget. Delivery was smooth and timely, with great communication. Overall, excellent service and I’m happy with the product. Would recommend!

Made welcome on arrival. Lyndsey was very helpful. We were invited to lie on mattresses to try them out. We were given pillows to do this. We did a test at the beginning to see which type of mattress was most suitable.
We were given drinks while we sorted out payment.
Great mattress. Never slept bett.

Great service from start to finish would highly recommend.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. When we entered the store we were greeted with a warm welcome from Lyndsey. She didn't put us under any pressure and gave us the freedom to browse at our leisure. When we were ready we asked Lyndsey some questions then went ahead with a purchase. She went through every detail with us and made sure we were happy with our choice. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this store. The delivery team were also excellent. Thank you for a great experience.

Good range of beds and mattresses. They can deliver your bed/mattress and collect the old one. Price competitive. My only comment is that two days before the day of collection, they sent us an email, saying that the old mattress, that they were taking away, had to be wrapped and sealed. I felt we should have been told this when we bought the new one.

I would definitely go back.

If you need to buy a bed I would recommend Dreams ,Aintree store. My husband and I went there today and Lyndsey was brilliant. Lyndsey advised us to do the Sleep Match. Highly recommend doing it because it helped us buy our perfect mattress and bed.
Lyndsey was lovely as she was able to advise us on the mattresses etc. We felt comfortable in the store and that made it easy to look and move around the store.

Shopped Instore after a disaster with a boxed matress company I'd recommend the in person experience! The sleep machine is a brilliant touch even if it was just a guide in the end.
Matress was good value, couldnt get it cheaper online

I visited the place when on my lunch break and I was asked by Lyndsey at the Aintree branch to come and see the new sleep analysis machine. I am so glad I did. I ve had my new mattress for 3 weeks now (sleep harmony support K) boy has it changed my life. My back feels a lot better and I get full night uninterrupted sleep. I didn’t even know that changing a mattress will make such a difference. Thank you
