I had an excellent experience with Doris CCTV. I was facing a technical issue with my laptop and browser while setting up my CCTV system. The support engineer, Nish Patel, connected quickly using AnyDesk and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Supportive and competitive service
Paul has been very supportive setting us up on the system and advising on stock levels and delivery times and checking in whenever I've forgotten something or just making sure everything is going ok. Prices have been very competitive across many ranges of products and delivery information via email is fluid and easy to follow. Cannot fault the whole process!

If you need technical help then it's available at the end of the phone line. If you cannot sort things out yourself, the technical operative can take control of your security system via your PC with an app called 'anytime'. They can then make the necessary adjustments to your system - it's like magic!
