Terrible service so far. Purchased a Neff oven which has been now delivered twice damaged. Did not accept the first item as the packaging was damaged. The same happened today and under the package the oven has a huge dent in it. Have not been able to speak to anyone about a replacement yet.

I purchased on line and considering all the protests were going on, my washing machine arrived very promptly, without any issue, and the delivery man was very friendly and answered a few questions I had about my machine.

I recently bought a fridge from Dominic Smith Electrical and was very impressed with the whole experience.

Eoin Corcoran was excellent to deal with, very responsive and helpful throughout, and the delivery lads were extremely nice, careful, and professional.

I’m delighted with my new fridge. It suits my space perfectly, looks fantastic, and the service from start to finish was excellent.

I ordered cooker online after calling Blanchardstown branch to confirm that they had it in stock. After no sign of the cooker 11 days later I emailed to get an update and they told me they didn't have one in stock and would instead give me a refund. When I followed up on email to question why I had to contact them 11 days after order to get this update rather than them contacting me I didn't get a reply. Extremely disorganised and unprofessional it seems.

Nice radio. Very quick delivery. Just one thing, maybe this was noted on the website but we had to buy a cable to use the radio as it came with batteries but no lead for plugging it in, and that is required for FM
