Came to buy a new pot for my bonsai tree, the staff were very helpful in trying to find one for me, unfortunately between us we couldn't find a suitable one but it wasn't for the want of trying.

Quick service; had what I needed in stock and also excellent service in the café.

The only difficulty I found was in deciding which of the lovely bedding plants to choose for my own garden. The staff as always were very polite and helpful.

Beautiful shop full of lovely things for garden and home there's even a small shopping section to buy a food shop! Great range.

Love Dobbies, great garden centre with lovely plants at very reasonable prices. The food hall is very good and the shopping is excellent. A great place to buy gifts and items for the house or your pet.

As usual the garden centre was full of plants and flowers which were beautiful and well presented. I was able to use my recent Dobbies Club Plus Rewards towards my purchases which meant that it was all excellent value. I would particularly praise the lady at the checkout who, when I also pulled out some old out of date vouchers, informed me that I could contact Customer Services and they would extend the use by date. Thank you!

Good cafe experience and well laid out store. Somewhere nice to pop into for coffee and cake.

Always the best plants around and reasonable prices. I love the reduced section too, a little TLC and you have a really expensive plant for a few quid. And of course the free coffee always helps.

We had food this time .staff are lovely but so slow especially when you have hot food by the time you have got drinks and payed it is cold . The staff from food counter went to help on till as huge queue ,you are really short staffed in this area of the store.
Purchased bird food had voucher to spend but person who served us did not know how to put it through till so waiting until someone someone did.Not such a good visit this time.

Had a lovely meal then brought some very good quality plants and 20% off cannot be bad well done

Very efficient in getting Dobbies card, and getting the discount.
