Lovely afternoon tea experience. Friendly staff, plenty of sandwiches, which were delicious!
Also nice to see 2 young friends enjoying the afternoon tea experience on the next table.

Our experience is always 100%, we visited every week or so, everyone is helpful, and some of the staff in the restaurant remember you and are so friendly.

Lovely place to visit and make an afternoon of it, restaurant serves lovely cakes

I was looking for Chitting Potatoes to put in pots for Christmas, Found Them Bought them, Check-out, a very nice young man served me at the till, he was very pleasant & polite

We needed some plants for our new garden. I had been sent a 20% off voucher for my Dobbies card so the plants were very reasonably priced.

Always made to feel welcome when I visit with my dog. Lovely garden centre

Fantastic garden centre. Staff all very helpful and focused. Good variety of well looked after plants and shrubs. Food hall and coffee shop good variety of well prepared and cooked food. Recently won a hamper in a raffle. And happy staff carried it to the car fir me !

A nice ambience. Bargain reductions in Deli / shop. Nice coffee.

Called in on Thursday 25th as had a birthday treat to redeem. Restaurant very clean, staff very helpful. Brought some items from butchery, some from sainsbury and some dog toys. All staff helpful. Parking very easy.

We have been disappointed on our recent visit to Dobbies due to the issue of untidiness within the store it looks like they are trying to clear away summer and start on Christmas .
The restaurant was a shambles many tables left uncleared in fact we cleared a table ourselves in order to sit down with our coffee and cake for which we queued for some time due to only one girl doing the coffee and absolutely rushed of her feet but her courteous manner was to be commended

Like most places there has been a shortage of plants etc they would normally have a much greater variety, but what they have had has been good quality. The staff have always been friendly, approachable and helpful. The restaurant however has been as always good value for money with a reasonable selection of food available. I love a good breakfast on a Sunday and this is my go to place.

Visited Peterborough store today for the little seedlings workshop and the 4 children I took along really enjoyed it. Sky was very knowledgeable, patient with the kids and enthusiastic. They weren’t rushed to get parts of their activities finished before moving on, she made sure that everyone had a chance at answering some of the questions and felt included.
We’ve been to one session before and it was ok but this one was much more lively. Will definitely be returning for the regular monthly sessions. Thanks Sky!

We noticed the range of dog/puppy food, and not only was there lots of choice but also significantly cheaper than the local large pet store (won't name it) in town for the same items such as James Wellbeloved and Kong paste etc. We will use here in future instead.
