Excellent customer service!
When one of my two identical conical box trees started to die, Dobbies Northampton exchanged it for me, under their lifetime guarantee, very impressive especially for high value items. The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful.

Brilliant staff and great store
We purchased garden table and 6 chairs and staff couldn’t do enough to make our shopping experience great. First class service all round. Waiting now for delivery and so far we have had several emails confirming date. Definitely recommend and will not hesitate to shop here again. Thank you for such great service.

Long wait to order, then told an hour for food. We left!!
Give this restaurant a very wide berth, clearly under-staffed and those in 'action' seemed slow beyond belief. Terribly disappointing, can't see us ever going back!

Another disappointment at a Debbies restaurant
Having queued for at least 15 minutes to order our two meals of ham, fried eggs and chips I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived at our table, only to find that both meals contained hardly warm congealed fried eggs and warm soggy chips.
I have noticed that since the restaurants have resumed after the Covid lockdown the standard and variety of the main lunchtime menus has diminished considerably.

Lovely cafe.
I was glad some smaller packs of compost were stocked as I find 50 litres hard to lift. On special offer too. Had a lovely coffee at their cafe which was busy for a Monday. The only drawback at the cafe is the noise level.
