Good atmosphere. But very slow service. Only one person making coffee and serving in the coffee bar. Looked like she had to attend to sandwiches in the kitchen too. Not cheap.

Booked an afternoon tea for two and was very pleasantly surprised. Great assortment of sandwiches and cakes which were very fresh and delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for an afternoon treat at a great price

Hi we went to resteraunt last day of the month we were turned away as a 20 minute wait. This is not the first time either.
The staff were working hard but not enough of them or too many tables. Went for a coffee instead

Shopping is always a pleasure at Dobbies in Boston. We decided to have lunch in the restaurant, which was perfect! A great garden centre!

Always check your receipts, brought a pot for £34.99.
Wasn't till I got home, filled pot and cut off price tag that I realised I had been over charged by £5.

I had been charged £39.99, price tag said £34.99 but till receipt said said £39.99.
learned my lesson.

Called in for breakfast after a our dog walk . Excellent service from start to finish. Did some shopping for weed and feed for the lawn .

We usually go to Dobbies two or three times a month but today’s new menu was very disappointing, most of the cakes we enjoyed are gone and the choices which were available were very limited

I go to Dobbies every week,I can never come out empty handed. There is a wonderful choice,and lots of displays that give ideas. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful

I went in your boston store to tell the staff my husband had recently passed away.I wanted to change his Dobbies card to my name.Iwas treated with respect and compassion.It was customer service at its finest

we went to dobbies on sat at 4.00 they had just closed the coffee bar but the resturant was still open us and another lady had gone for coffee and a scone so what time is tea at dobbies 10

Very quick, efficient and pleasant.

The cafe is a great place to meet up with friends. Excellent choice of cakes and very friendly staff. Then do your shopping in the supermarket, all under one roof - win, win! On top of that there’s always plenty of parking spaces and the garden centre has everything you need. I love it!
