Unfortunately I locked myself out of my flat, took roughly nearly 45mins after I called to get to my flat, that wasn't bad as the gent on the phone said it could between 30-40mins, the gent mentioned the price for the call is £200 and that the lock I has was high security so that would be about £120-£150, after he finshed the job which took about 15mins to do he then mentioned it would be about £500 and the vat is 20% so £600, I silly enough paid for it but utter robbery. Would not recommend.

Tried to charge us over £500. An absolute joke. A scam. Stay away.

After struggling with the management agency, we called up delta on a Saturday they came within 30 minutes. Fixed the door no problem. Great people to deal with. Highly recommend

Terrible experience would not recommend. Charged nearly £600 for 45mins of work- simply to repair a patio door lock. Seems they take advantage of older customers.

This is a review for Delta Chatham locksmiths.
I called them and explained how the door could be opened. They said they understood and agreed to do this. I checked the price explaining I had been caught by escalating prices before they gave me a price.
They arrived and did not open the door as agreed saying that is not their practice. They doubled their fee as the quote they told me excluded the call out charge, which was deliberately misleading as we had a long discussion about price and they promised me it would not be more than the agreed price. Guess what I then found out that both of those prices excluded VAT so I paid 115% more than the agreed price for them to do something different than they promised. You re held at ransom at your front door by people that lie to you, deliberately mislead you and know how to break into your house. But as the business model tends to not have repeat customers they can be unscrupulous con men.
Yes I am angry and feel robbed.

Brad came out after I lost my car key. He was professional, friendly. Did the job quickly and I would definitely recommend Delta Locksmiths before using other companies.

Managed to leave my house without my house keys and didn't realise until 11pm on Friday night. I called Delta Locksmith and the man came out within about half an hour and managed to get me back in. No fuss and so so helpful. I can not thank him or recommend him enough.

Amazing service from Tom: he was ready to come out on a Sunday to my daughter's stranded car after an RAC recommendation, really helpful on phone, nothing too much trouble. In the end he came right across town and fixed the issue, which turned out not to be the key after all - just a gearbox sensor not recognising Park. Wouldn't take a fee as it took minutes, but said a Google review would be great. So, here it is!

Tom from Delta locks fixed my car when the ignition column had failed causing the steering wheel lock to be jammed on. The request was made on Dec 3rd and I could drive the car by the 7th (this timeframe included the lead time for parts purchased). Tom was very polite and did a great job. He also went away to sort out the keys and personally brough them back to my house 3 days later. Would highly recommend these guys from Delta Locksmiths Liverpool.

Paul came out to my house last night within twenty minutes, the lock on my door didn’t have the right size and he fixed it there and then. Such a lovely fella, highly recommend to anyone! So reliable.

Tommy from Delta Locksmith arrived as arranged and the replacement ignition barrel and keys were fixed very quickly
and at a great price.

A huge thank you to Paul for helping us with a bit of a nightmare! Our key wouldn’t turn in the door to lock it and the husband thought he could try and fix it which unfortunately made things a lot worse and ended up breaking both front and back doors. Paul came out quickly when I called him and sorted the problem which was quite tricky in the end. We can’t thank him enough!
