The worst solicitors ever!
The worst solicitors ever! They work for the insurance company not you and constantly mislead. I would not recommend this solicitor if you are involved in a no fault RTA. DLG reps run the clock down and will not get you the best compensation deal. If I could turn back time I would have sourced an independent solicitors.

Was the case handler Mark Kinsley making the time to help me and support me through completing forms required I was having difficulty doing online myself and getting frustrated and very anxious.
He explained everything to me as we were completing both mine and dads claims and what happens next.....

From the start of my experience with this company I felt valued - no legal speak - all explained to me in my language .When I needed confirmation of what i was being asked to do there was always someone to speak to. The head of the team that I was dealing with was Bryce Hermannsen - he was so patient at all times especially when I neede some guidance - really recommend . My case is now over - satisfactorily .

I found dlg legal services to be a top company and the staff that have bought me through the first 2 years of my claim have been great . However as soon as Melanie took over this year I’ve had a whole another level of care to which I’ve been made to feel of importance again which I haven’t in a long time . The time frame on my claim was…
The time frame on my claim was dangerously close to closer, & therefore little chance of me receiving damages for the accident , but I found mark & he took full control of the situation he was very knowledgeable & ran through everything I should expect, I couldn't commend Mark highly enough a company that sets a high standard "good for you*

Rubbish service and case handling. Poor customer Service
My claim was handled by Carol Beetge. I was the customer however I was dealt with as if Carol was representing the third party client and insurers. Her customer services was absolutely rubbish. I felt as though I am not being listened to or understood. I don't recommend DLG legal as this has been a really horrible experience. They don't work in the best interest of their client. There is no consistency in their way of working. Beware of them
