DJ Moore have just completed a Velux extension for us in Bedford, to create a new master bedroom, en suite, and large landing area.

From our first conversations with Dan, we knew we were in good hands. He was helpful and informative, running us through all of the options and we were very clear on what was going to be included as part of the work that DJ Moore were going to do for us. We were kept well-informed in the run-up to work starting on our property.

The actual construction work ran quicker and much smoother than expected (particularly in our almost 100-year old house!) and Darren and the team worked hard and carefully, with minimal disruption to us. We have to give a particular shout-out to the bathroom team who completed the tiling, plumbing and bathroom installation really well and this room is now a highlight of the house! Since completion of the main works, they've returned a few times to finish off small jobs in the loft, and each time they have noticed and fixed small issues that hadn't even occurred to us, which really shows their level of care about the work that they do.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DJ Moore to anyone considering a loft conversion; definitely a 5-star experience!

From start to finish Dan and the team knew their stuff. Having a company that specifically does loft conversions helps with advice from design through to build. Even changes throughout when you start to see the size etc was never an issue. The team were always polite, friendly and always cleaned up. Job was done within 6 weeks, to the highest standard. We have just had a loft conversion completed by DJ Moore; a master bedroom, study and en suite. We have been so pleased with the whole process from start to finish. From a quote, to plans, to planning permission, the loft conversion itself and sign off of the building inspector, Dan had a complete grip of it all. Dan was always on hand to answer any questions, was very quick to get back to us and was regularly doing site visits to check everything was okay. We were very reassured.

We have had friends and family come to see the transformation and they are so impressed. As were our neighbours who have commented on how great all the trades people were.

All trades people we met from DJ Moore were friendly, open to answering questions, keen to make sure they did exactly what we wanted & were very tidy.

We are very happy with the service provided by Daniel Moore and his company and recommend them highly if you’re thinking of having a loft conversion. We had ours converted into a single large music/hobbies room. Dan is very friendly, helpful and efficient. The process ran smoothly throughout and the build itself was done quickly. Communication with and information from Dan and his colleagues were very good. All the workers who did their part in the loft conversion were friendly, courteous, respectful, highly competent, very obliging and cleaned up very well. Inevitably, bits and bobs went awry or needed extra work, but Moore’s saw to them all efficiently. The end product is excellent and the people and processes that got us there are difficult to imagine being much bettered.

We recently had our loft done by DJ Moore Lofts. From the very beginning Dan was enthusiastic, professional and a really nice guy, he went through everything in detail from the optional extra's to his own advice and experience on the layout of the rooms.

I can't recommend Dan and his team enough they did their absolute best to minimise disruption and mess especially having two young children, they were all brilliant.

There is so much to say about DJ Moore Lofts! Where do we start! Dan and his team were so professional from day one of the project until the last day.Even before the team started on our loft Conversion Dan was professional,answered all questions we had (trust me there was a lot of questions)!! The team that converted our loft were knowledgeable and talked us through every step of the conversion.Nathan and Jamie who completed the loft conversion were polite, respectful,trustworthy and professional at all times. My wife and I chose to go with DJ Moore to have the loft converted in our Victorian semi. We had quite a few concerns going into the project about the amount of dust and disruption that we'd have to deal with during the build - particularly because we'd be living in the house with 2 young children and my wife who is quite ill.

Dan explained that the team wouldn't actually access the living area of the house until several weeks into the build, and so disruption would be kept to a minimum. This wasn't just sales talk - when the project started the chaps would arrive in the morning, go up the scaffold outside the house, in through the roof and start work for the day. It wasn't until the third of fourth week that they broke through the ceiling and put the stairs in. Both my wife and I were really impressed with how they planned the work out and did their utmost to keep disruption and mess in the living areas of the house to a minimum.

The whole team involved in the build were all courteous and friendly, engaged us in all decisions as the build progressed and always willing to do whatever it took to leave us with what we had hoped for.

We're really, really happy with the end result we've been left with. And just as happy with how the guys went about doing the work to get us to this point.

Dan and team even repainted the side of our house to give it a freshen up on the last day on-site. This is a great way to go above and beyond and leave a lasting good impression.

I would whole heartedly recommend DJ Moore lofts to anybody looking to get a loft conversion.

Where to start. Dan and his guys are truly professionals and go above and beyond for their clients. We are in love with our new loft space and it has made such a difference to our home. Dan invested a lot of time with us, ensuring we were happy with what was planned and giving us all the best options possible for what we wanted to achieve. Nathan and Jamie worked diligently on our house, even tying in the “putting in of the stairs” to when we were away on holiday to minimise our disruption. Any questions we had at any point of the build, Dan and the guys were happy to answer and go through the options with us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Dan always over saw the project making sure that it ran smoothly, and we have nothing but praise for all the guys that work for him.
Our loft space is beautifully designed and executed thanks to Dan and his team. So much so we’ve recommended him to lots of other people. If you are thinking of having a conversion, these guys are the best. Contacted Daniel regarding our project following a recommendation from a neighbour. I can not review the teams workmanship as we didn’t go ahead with the projec due to overall costs but Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to meet us, look over our plans and offer advice. His knowledge has been invaluable to us. Would not hesitate to use in the future.

Just had my conversion done by DJ Moore Lofts. I found them to be reasonably priced against the other 2 companies I called and now the work has been completed I’m overwhelmed by the standard and how amazing it is. An extra 2 bedrooms and a wet room in my home. Speaking to Daniel and his staff I found them to be quite professional and would highly recommend them. Top tip…. Stock up on tea, coffee and milk as you definitely need it as these guys work up a thirst and it’s in high demand throughout the day lol

We are thrilled with our loft conversion, from the time Dan came out to quote we knew that we could trust him and team’s workmanship and we would not need to worry or query any of the build. Steve and Mario who worked onsite were polite, hardworking, skilful and had excellent communication, involving us throughout the build in regards to the stages they were at. The build went without a hitch and now, not only do we have a fantastic hip to gable conversion, but we have a stunning master suite with a good sized, separate dressing area, large en-suite and a huge bedroom. From the outside the build looks so good that we have had three people come and ask to view the interior and countless neighbours stop to look to admire the exterior. The phrase ‘impressive’ doesn’t do it justice, but importantly if you want peace of mind that you will have a high quality build carried out on your home, with an extremely experienced team who are polite, friendly and very professional then DJ Moore Lofts is a no brainer!
