Worth the long wait!
I won’t deny there was a long wait for shutters to be made, shipped and delivered, but for the price I paid it was worth the wait.
I chose cafe shutters on my Georgian windows and they are absolutely stunning and the quality is great. They were quick and easy to fit and look amazing. I will be ordering more, also will be prepared for the long wait for delivery - but worth every penny.
Customer services were also very helpful and replied to my emails and kept me up to date.

We did identify a manufacturing error with one of the panels supplied, however this was quickly rectified with a new panel being supplied FOC.
Aditi was a great help and she could not help enough.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Aditi, a member of the customer service team. Due to an error during the ordering process, my order was incorrect. I quickly messaged the company in the evening. Aditi promptly contacted me the next morning to rectify the issue and ensured that the necessary changes were communicated to the factory. I've since received confirmation of the amendments, and although I'm still awaiting my order, I have every confidence in the product's quality thanks to the outstanding service I've received so far. I ordered the hardwood shutters and yes…
I ordered the hardwood shutters and yes they do take a long time to come but I already had blinds so was not a problem to wait.
I was nervous about ordering shutters for the whole front of the house but the price was extremely good and so I went ahead. The shutters arrived on time very well packed and I was more than happy with the quality and ease of fitting them.
The customer service was also excellent as well. I will definitely be ordering more for the rear of the house.

Great Shutters and Customer Service
We purchased 3 sets of shutters from DIY Shutters. The order was placed and fast forward a few months and our shutters arrived exceptionally well packaged and easy to fit. I managed to fit 2 windows in a few hours and they look fantastic. I did have one minor issue with my remaining window (my mistake) where I didn’t account for a kitchen tap being in the way of the fan-fold shutter I’d ordered. I contacted customer service asking to purchase some additional hinges so I could adapt the shutters to open independently. Within an hour (over a weekend as well) Alex emailed back and said some hinges would be dispatched at no extra cost and that should arrived within 3-5 working days, fantastic!!
I can’t recommend these shutters enough, the cost and quality is very good. Communications were very good throughout, from ordering, to updates, to shipping tracking. Back this up with great customer service and you can’t lose.

Huge thanks to Aditi!
Mistakes happen and it's how they are dealt with that really matters. I cannot give them 5/5 becuase due to an IT error when ordering (a not inconsiderable amount of shutters!), they were all wrong. Long story short, Aditi in Customer Services was an absolute star and literally owned the entire process to get it all sorted from start to finish - she really is a star and deserves a great deal of credit as my patience would have expired much sooner without her help. Anyway, all resolved in the end - I've seen a few reviews for poor customer service and I don't get it, my experience was fantastic. Product is actually fairly well built too. All in all, I'd use again, all thanks to Aditi!

Great service from start to finish
Decided to order cafe style DIY Shutters after getting a quote from another firm, which was a lot higher than I could afford.
Was nervous to measure myself in case they arrived and were way out, but they arrived an hour ago, fit perfectly and I’ve installed them myself in no time.
