Great beds - well made. Plenty of storage. Minimal work needed to put the beds together. Only downside, delivery is a bit tricky if you live in the Highlands. (The reason for 4 stars instead of 5)

The 5 stars is a reflection of the customer service and despite some issues with the product this was resolved with care and due diligence.
I’d like to call out Adam and Sam for their ownership and customer value mindset. Not only was the advice given tailored to me pre-purchase but the after care
was first class. They were quick to response and equally resolve issues that were out of their control whilst being very understanding. Would purchase again and recommend.

Polite delivery staff, excellent mattress
The men that brought the mattress were very polite and brought it up to the first floor. The mattress is a Sophia briar rose Amber and its wonderfully comfortable. It's made of all natural fibres and unlike many mattresses there is no synthetic foam to give off a chemical odour. It has eased my back pain a lot as my old mattress had sunk a little. I'm really pleased with it.

Absolute shambles of a company.
Order a bed base. Size came up slightly bigger than advertised, base was in two parts and the colour of the fabric was a different colour on each part.
When the casters were added the base crumbled and if you tried to take them out the whole mechanism came out and the base was crumbling.
Trying to charge me a collection fee and to pick up and not refunding.
Absolute scam of a company avoid at all costs

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with your order. We’ve looked into this carefully and can confirm that the Low Divan Base was made exactly to the size and fabric chosen when the order was placed. The product itself was made correctly, but we understand there were difficulties fitting it into your property once it arrived.
Divan bases of this type are supplied in two sections as standard to make delivery easier. Regarding the colour, there’s nothing wrong with the fabric itself. It can appear different if one half of the base is facing the opposite way to the other. Once both parts are positioned correctly, the colour matches as intended.
In terms of quality, each base is made from a strong timber frame and thoroughly checked before dispatch. We haven’t had similar issues raised with this model, but we always take feedback seriously.
As this was a made-to-order item, our return terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase. That said, our team has done its best to assist within those guidelines.
We’re sorry this experience didn’t go as smoothly as expected and wish you the best moving forward.
