The tiles they sent me were terrible quality, and I raised a complaint straight away. But this time, there’s been absolutely no customer service – no reply, no call back, nothing. I’ve been left dealing with horrible tiles and no one is taking responsibility or even bothering to help. Shocking service and complete lack of care. Never again.”

Ordered samples on line first. Tiles arrived on time, well packaged with no issues.

I’ve bought metro tiles for both my bathroom and kitchen splash back from Direct Tile Warehouse and have had a great experience both times with the advice given and quality of the products. The tiles are stunning and get lots of comments! Would definitely recommend.

We got tiles for our new kitchen floor from the Swansea store and are absolutely delighted with them. The staff were really helpful in assisting with our choice and gave us samples to take home, before we ordered. The tiles needed to be ordered in from their Cardiff depot and everything, through to delivery, went smoothly, to fit in with our program. They look just like timber floorboards and are a beautiful honey colour, which perfectly compliments our new kitchen units. This is my second purchase from Direct Tile Warehouse. I bought the Jude Ivory porcelain tiles for my kitchen. The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I will definitely be back for my next project!

I don’t usually leave reviews or make recommendations so the fact that I’m leaving a 5* review speaks for itself. We shopped in the Cardiff store for bathroom tiles and Luke was fab - giving advice and ideas without being pushy.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Best price of tiles I could find, the staff were extremely informative and helpful and made the whole process easy. They also provided free delivery to my home which was a fantastic service, the staff also recommended a tiler who was fantastic and did a great job, couldn't refommend highly enough

I reviewed previously wiht a criticism of service and communication regarding out of date stock. Wow - I didint think companies really cared about customers and so pleased to see this firm has really gone the extre mile to put things right and communication has been great. Ive spoken to several members now and all have given the service that make a good company great. Im happy that my stock is now in shop and will colectinga few boxes this week to get on with my project. I give five stars for their effort communication and customer care. Its wrong of us customers to always expect 100% perfection and we all have a down day so TDW is fully forgiven and recommended to prospective customers. Purchased tiles from Swansea store dealt with the gentleman called Mark who was polite and helpful and we were made to feel welcome we were even offered a coffee whilst we viewed the tiles we selected bathroom marble style wall tiles and the tiles were delivered a week later free of charge I was contacted one hour priority delivery by the courier the tiles were packaged and there was no damage to tiles when opened I would highly recommend the excellent service provided, the quality of the tiles and the competitive prices a pleasure to deal with direct tile warehouse many thanks Mark and colleagues will definitely be singing in your praises to friends and family.

Visited the Swansea branch . The tiles we chose we available to take away on the day . We found the staff knowledgeable , friendly & helpful . Would definitely recommend a visit .

Ordered our floor tiles with Georgia at direct tile warehouse,
she was very knowledgeable well trained very pleasant and friendly advised us on the best adhesive for our project as the fixer wanted us to supply everything, colour matching grout and silicone to coordinate with the tiles
Our order arrived 2days later as promised but unfortunately found 2tiles broken out of the 160 ordered ,but on phoning the store they were very polite and gave us a refund of the broken ones and sent replacement,highly recommend this company excellent service thank you

Awful service from the Swansea store.
No one will help you in the shop. Sometimes there was only me in the showroom and all the workers would disappear out the back office.
I changed my floor tile after realising how slippery they were even though they were floor tiles. They only had 2 non-slip black tiles on show and after a stock check, only one of them was in stock for collection the next day. Luckily it was the tile I wanted. This was at 4.30 on a Tuesday afternoon and my plumber visited on Wednesday morning as they opened to collect them. When I got home from work, i realised that they were the other tile.
At the store, the manager admitted that they had made a mistake on the stock check and he said he'd ask his manager if they could replace the tiles. However after that call, they decided to blame the plumber.
I wrote a lengthy complaint, explaining that Id spent over £700 on tiles and the mistake they'd made had ruined a 9k renovation. They didnt care. They responded again blaming the plumber and said they wouldn't be responding again.
In addition, the tile quality is awful. They again are blaming the plumber for this but I chose a plumber with 30 years experience so this doesnt make sense. Even he has said that the tiles shouldnt look like they do. They said that theyd exoect more complaints if there was a quality issus but as they've already lied to me about the mistake they made, I dont believe this is the only quality issue.
I just wish I'd read the reviews before handing over my money.
Contacting trading standards tomorrow.
Dont expect any customer service when things go south!

Fantastic service and friendly staff at Cardiff branch Luke and Tim and all the team are always on had to help with anything , nothing is too much trouble for them all … I’ve used them several times and would highly recommend… the tiles are fantastic quality and always the best prices around !
