DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! SCAM COMPANY! They will not ship your items or refund you, I purchased something nearly 2 weeks ago before reading the reviews and as soon as I did check the reviews the day after it was nothing but bad so tried my luck with ringing them up to cancel the order knowing full well it's never going to arrive and some foreigner in a house with a baby screaming answered the phone and said they would cancel my order an ill get confirmation to which I didn't, a few days later I emailed them and they said they cancelled it had no recognition of my previous cancellation an phone call and still over a week later no refund, this company is a joke and headquarters is in Mumbai that alone should be big enough of a red flag for anybody to realise something is not right, do not order from this site unless you want stress and to reclaim ur money from the bank and get involved with the police absolute disgrace of a company

Since purchasing through this website just once (Product was received several
Months ago and was described) - I am now inundated with scam parcel and order despatched emails trying to get me to click on bad links. I know it was a direct result of interaction with this business because the information in the scam emails matches the previous completed order.

The scam emails come from a variety of email addresses and domains, however they all quote my previous DirectNine order number and delivery address.

Perhaps this company is legitimate - but my experience suggests at the very least that this business has a data breach, malware, or has been hacked.

is this company a scam - placed order then nothing - tracking link does not work and no replies to emails
they are now requesting monies for delivery - still not fulfilled order

Please, please, please avoid this company. They have a fake UK website and fake UK address. Anything purchased comes from the US, China or India. I had to return my unsuitable item to the USA at great cost and even after the promise of a refund they took forever to refund.

The refund was issued only after I flagged this with Mastercard. There is no way I would use you again or recommend you as you are pretending to be based in the UK when you are not.

This company continue to send me spam emails - I unsubscribe every time but they still keep coming. I now can't unsubscribe. It says my order is on its way and to track it. I haven't placed an order. Please please stop! And remove me from your database immediately.

The order was dealt with promptly and I was kept up to date with its progress.

It is a good piece of equipment, sales staff were very helpful, but delivery took 3 weeks

I email them to cancel my order and they respond with something else mentioning that my order will be sent soon. They are ignoring my cancel request I simply want to cancel my order please and be refunded. If it's not cancelled and I'm not refunded I will contact my bank.

Don’t / won’t help after you have an issue with the item I bought.
Ignore emails if the conversation isn’t going there way and passing the blame to the manufacturers.
Mean while you have an item that’s isn’t working as it should

Went online to purchase a product and it jumped up £280.80 more than the initial ad advertised on Google.

Don't deal with companies that do business this way - unprofessional scam artists.

Be aware of this company, selling used, non-functioning IT equipment as new, then giving very short return window.

Supposedly new WIFI router, covered in paint speckles. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Zero rating from me.

Ordered a Ring Retrofit and they sent me one that was region locked to North America so it would not work in the UK.

Tried to get them to support and they then offered various poor discounts for use on their site.

Totally been scammed by this shop front for a US company that has zero integrity.

Probably fine if you don’t have problems but customer service is shockingly bad if you do.

My order was: 1426645 and I was offered and have accepted a 25% refund (even though you should be offering a full refund for a product that does not and never will work in the UK) but now you are only offering me “a voucher”. Still think this is a scam.

Ease of ordering and good value on quality products.
Wish there was more transparency on the delivery timeframe, at no point when placing order I was made aware that it's being shipped from US and will take 2 weeks to arrive.
