After finally getting response and a request to only correspondence by email I now know why. The email promised a refund and two weeks on & still no refund or further contact so I've had to resort to this again
Worst customer service & experience ever.

This was my 2nd order from this company despite reading some of the negative reviews. On both occasions my experience has been very good in respect to product quality, pricing and delivery timescales. Interactions with Customer Services have been positive with actions always promptly taken to correct any issue raised. Both my orders were delivered within the timescales quoted on their website. My only niggle would be that my 1st order l was sent a tracking link for my parcel which did not work (resolved by CS) and my 2nd order l received no confirmation of despatch (but my parcel did turn up unexpectedly).
In summary l would use this company again as the sales process went well on 2 occasions.
Absolutely shocked that their guarantee period apparently is 14 days. Bought an amplifier just over a year ago which has stopped working. Sent an email and got told there was nothing they can do. Consumer rights acts 2015 apparently does not apply. Avoid this company at all costs! Will be taking this up with trading standards.

Absolute shambles. Ordered an item and then was refunded due to it being out of stock on ordering. They don't believe they will be receiving more stock either. Terrible customer communication - would give them zero if I could.

Items arrived in the time frame showed at time of purchased,and work well
Try to contact the company and get the information about my item and no answer just wondering about my money spent. Tomorrow I will call police and customer service

Simply this company has a 'false' UK storefront...if you look at the website it all looks like a UK company and shipping from the UK.
It ships from US/China and takes ages (2+ weeks)....post purchase you'll also be told that the payment has gone to 'Reach' a payment umbrella for these store fronts.
I was very unhappy at this lack of clarity and they refused to cancel the order when i found out.
If they'd been upfront I wouldn't have placed an order and been 5 star.

I feel exactly the same as some others who have left feedback. I ordered speakers 10/02. I have followed up and requested 2 feedback calls (no response).
Called their number twice no answer. Made a request and received a ticket number and again no answer.
The shipment did arrive OK and speakers are great.

Very fast efficient service - good quality product
Was contacted when purchase was being prepared for delivery but over a week later no update so I contacted by email 3 times for an update and no reply, however parts delivered the day of last email.
Ordered a av fan over 1 week ago did not receive tracking information.phone rings out left a message for a return call that never came emailed them with no reply absolute joke of a company just refund me my money .my bank will take action after the 15th day .Will never order off this company ever again .

Customer service is non-existent. Made order and paid then heard nothing. Sent two messages and telephoned numerous times. No answers. Think my money is lost forever, trying to order part from elsewhere as builders are waiting (not very patiently) to start work

Terrible company, make it look that they are UK based but are based in Asia and are drop shippers, Item was listed as in stock and took 3 weeks to get here and I can not return as it would be too expensive as item came from the US not UK

Be Aware. This company sold me a faulty hard drive on 21st November 2023. The item was faulty, I then had to ship this back to US and pay for postage and insurance. As I had tracking, it arrived to DirectNine on: LATEST

On 17th January 2024, I received an email to say a refund would be initiated and will arrive into my account in 3- 5 business day's, we are now on day 8 ? I contacted DirectNine and they ignored the fact that it has been 8 days (6 business day's) and still no refund. Their reply now is ""We have raised the order for refund please allow ""sometime"" for the refund to reflect in your bank account"". I was very concerned from the beginning of this nightmare BUT NOW I KNOW WHY !! STILL NO REFUND AND THIS HAS COST ME MUCH TIME AND MONEY.
