This company did what it said.
Delivered on the day , on time and the guys unloading were careful and helpful and drilled and fitted the lid with no fuss.
The tub itself is very good , the blue tooth and speakers are an added bonus and the jets stronger than I expected. I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend them. Tim Kemp.

We decided to buy a Hot Tub and after looking around for a few weeks we came across Direct Hot Tubs. Shortly after placing our order I received a call from Hannah to arrange a delivery date which was in a little over a week. The hot tub, heat pump & accessories were all securely packaged and undamaged. Delivery was faultless and the guy was careful & considerate. He gave us plenty of tips on getting the Hot tub up & running. We’ve had the hot tub up & running for a week now and are extremely pleased with our purchase. Overall, a really good experience and Direct Hot Tubs prices are low. We would definitely recommend them.

Hannah & Steven came to carry out our annual Hot Tub Service today. They were incredibly efficient & personable. Hannah has good technical knowledge and gave great advice. Attention to detail was brilliant & they obviously take pride in their work. I would recommend this Company to anybody wishing to buy a hot tub. 🙂

Initially the company was great, I first emailed about a replacement lid and lifter on the 23rd of January and was told to wait a few months because of a back log on orders which was fair enough, it’s is now mid November and I again requested the same order I have been all year and I’m being told next month yet again although I can purchase a new hot tub online and it comes with a lid. Customer service has been awful and I received an email back saying go to another company… shocking service wouldn’t recommend - all this after I got 3 different families to purchase a hot tub from this company due to the initial brilliant service. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again

After researching for a hot tub, wife wanted one I didn’t, I started looking for something contemporary and found one that fitted the bill at direct hot tubs. Grey metal side panels with insert led strips. Delivered on time. All good. After a period of time the one speaker failed contacted them and they sent a replacement.
I recently ordered a filter and some flush after two days I called them to see where it was to be told filters out of stock. I was annoyed and made my feelings known. I posted a negative review. Within 5 mins I received a call wanting to know a little bit more. They asked if I had any suggestions to avoid the issue again which I did. They found a replacement filter and agreed to send out. I have received everything today. I just wished all companies had this approach. Did I mind the call? No. If I have needed any advice they are always there on the end of the phone.

We have had our hot tub a few days now and all good so far.
We had a great experience from all we dealt with from Hannah,Becki and Nathan in the office to Mark,Dan and Perry who delivered. They were very patient with the delivery issues. Great bunch of people and the phone was answered quickly at all times.
We even got the tub ahead of time.
We had a small issue with a mark on the tub but again was dealt with quickly and fairly.

Just an update as of Feb 2023. Tub still going fine.

Very very poor quality products, appear to be re-selling junk from overseas... on the phone they dont seem to have a clue about hot tubs and arent friendly or helpful
