So upset!!!!
Reading these good reviews I thought I might have the wrong company. My experience is somewhat different.
I ordered a piece of foam cut to size, it was quick, easy and competitively priced. I was also very happy when I was informed that my order was dispatched in a matter of days. I was given a "window of delivery time" by their courier DPD. We spend all day in, paying special attendance to the "time window" but nobody came. I was greeted by an email posted in the middle of the expected delivery time saying they had missed me. My foam could now be collected at Sainsbury's in the neighbouring town,- it took me an hour to get it and I had paid £ 7.50 for delivery! I contacted Foams Direct fully expecting an apology and a refund of shipping. Not a bit of it, customer services told me that as I had collected the foam ( AND elected to do that with DPD!) it was now not their problem. Now, why would anybody pay £ 7.50 for a delivery only to elect to drive to another town to pick it up? My feeling is that as a customer my contract is not with the courier, Direct Foam has the contract with DPD not me. I felt that as a customer I simply didn't matter and they didn't care at all.
The foam however is fine.

Extraordinarily good service
I am bowled over by the service from this company! I bought 2 pieces of foam for my campervan mattress from here. First off, I chose them because their website was straightforward, ordering easy and they include stockinette covers for very low charge (some other places were adding £££ for this). My foam arrived in just 2 days, and it is top quality; really comfy. Sadly, the courier had damaged the box and the foam within. No problem: I emailed the company and they immediately arranged delivery of a replacement and collection of the damaged bit. They absolutely could not have been more helpful and efficient. It's a real surprise these days to actually feel like somewhere appreciates your custom. Brilliant!
