Great cushions - really make our sofa look so much better (and so much comfier!).

Website is a little slow but otherwise easy to find the shape and type of foam you need.

Direct provided an exceptional service. On visiting the factory I was given samples of foam to try and, once I had made my choice, they provided collection bags for my cushion covers within two days; these were collected on my chosen day. I confirmed and paid for my order and the cushions were returned within less than two days.
All staff with whom I had contact were very helpful.

They didn't fulfil the order - a piece of foam I ordered and paid for never arrived. I've emailed the company and have had no response.

Excellent service and product. Ordered a replacement foam cushion pad using the online ordering guidance and voila!!!! A few days later it arrived at our house and my husband is thrilled with his new, supportive, armchair cushion (huge improvement on the feather cushion he used to have that just squashed flat every time he sat on it).

The company was able to supply exactly the right size foam for what was wanted. When the order arrived it was completely correct and very accurately cut to measurements, meaning that the bench cushions I was making were an excellent fit and the person they were given to was delighted with them.

Very pleased with my two recent orders of foam cushions. Easy to use website and prompt delivery (almost too prompt- the email saying the courier has it is followed immediately by one saying it will be delivered in the next hour or two, which is fine if you happen to be in, but not great if you're out).
