They hooked up electricity & wifi for…

They hooked up electricity & wifi for me. They found best deal for myself & family. I hooked up gas myself through another company as I didn’t realise we were on Lpg.

Sales person refused to listen to me…

Sales person refused to listen to me when I said I only need electricity. I had to turn down additional services and options 10+ times.
Even when I repeatedly stated ONLY electricity I would then be asked if I wanted moving assistance (or another service).
Completely failed to listen to me.

The worst service I've ever had

The worst service I've ever had. Your phones kept disconnecting on me, I could even hear your operators getting frustrated. I tried my phone in multiple places and it works fine with everyone else I call.
You signed up my electricity fine however I'm now being contacted by origin who are trying to connect a completely different address to has in my name.
You still haven't connected my water so I've had to do this myself. Probably because your phone lines are so bad.

I do not recommend your services to anyone and anyone who asks I'm telling them to activity avoid you and just book their own power, gas and water.

Provider is not Cheaper

Provider which they suggest / recommended was higher in cost while Other Provider are available which are cheaper in respect to daily charges and usage charges. They should consider customer before providing any suggestion.
