Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate doing business again.

I enquired how long it would take for delivery of a cotbed which was saying ‘pre order’ prior to purchasing it and was advised 5-7 days. I double checked this was from when they receive payment. I placed an order on Monday 21st October and have been chasing up my order since Monday 28th October as I had received no communication from him. I have now (Thursday 30th October) been told I won’t have it now for another 3 weeks. Avoid this company, clearly too keen to take your money without any regard to the fact you might have a baby arriving soon.

Scam. I ordered very expensive car seat adapters for my pram and paid an extortionate amount for next day delivery as I needed them urgently. Not even dispatched, no updates, phone number doesn’t work.

Please please avoid, it’s a scam. The positive reviews must be fakes.

Ordered an Oyster Backpack which was a replacement for the bag my daughter had got with her Oyster pram system last year. The original bag zip had broken due to her over filling it! The colour she needed was £20 cheaper from Direct4Baby than buying direct from the manufacturer & other retailers. Ordering was easy & delivery quick. Very pleased overall !

Be careful it's a scam!!!! I ordered 2 months ago 2 strollers ,I talked with representative name Ellen and she keep asking me more money to a private account through Western Union a few times ,on third time it was suspicious for me and I tried to connect her without success till now I paid over $1,500 and I didn't get my products

Very misleading website with incorrect information clearly used to be favourable over other websites. Poor communication. Only ordered as stated 'next day delivery' and we need items urgently to bring baby home.

'David' states it will be delivered and a promise of tracking information 'to follow' which obviously never followed.

Avoid if items are genuinely needed in a quick turnaround as website states. It's not true, so believe other negative reviews also!

Caused so much stress and terrible at communicating. Can't get through via phone line.

Worse company you can deal with. Late deliveries, poor communication and misleading and incorrect information on website. Avoid at all costs!!!

Went to get a pram, Sophie was amazing- really helpful and down to earth! Made the pram buying process a lot more enjoyable and easy. Really happy with our purchase.

My parcel was lost by the Royal Mail and still waiting for my refund…… the communication with customer service is great as they do reply to me but I'm not happy that I'm not receiving my money back yet.

I bought Elvie double breast pump. It’s not a cheap product and I bought it not knowing it was used, it’s was sold as new. The pump has been used and a return note was attached to it stating it’s not working and it’s not connecting to the app. The pump was used and not labelled this way, I found traces of breast milk inside the pump. One breast pump works, the other doesn’t and neither connects to the app. I requested a refund. Yet to hear from the customer service. If I only knew that the pump was used I would not have purchased it, however the website does not show that it’s refurbished or secondhand. I’m not going to use this website ever again and I would suggest new customers review the 1 star reviews as I can see now that many customers have complained about receiving faulty products. I cannot comment about the returns and refunds, as I have not heard from the customer service and I don’t have a return slip yet. Although I can see from the 1 star reviews, comments that returning products and getting a refund is a nightmare.

Brilliant company. Absolutely can't fault them. They respond to emails quickly.
When I ordered my pram they said there was a few things out of stock as I ordered an ultimate bundle...but within a week I received it all. I had time to wait so didn't mind.
They kept me updated through the process.

There was one issue of an item being missing that we only realised once we started using the pram, but once I emailed them they sent it out straight away and we got it next day. Excellent service.

Highly recommend any mum to order.

David was extremely helpful! After days of stess trying to order a pram for my holiday, which has been out of stock for days, he kindly messaged me as soon as a few were made available on the website so I could order. Thanks again David! Best customer service!
