Amazing product, delivered next day as promised, really good discount would definitely order again

Everything was easy from start to finish and delivery was fantastic order 1 day delivered the next day cant fault

I just bought the Oyster 3 bundle with Maxi-Cosi car seat and ISOFIX and the price on Direct4Baby was the cheapest on the market that I could find. I was a little worried that something would go wrong with the order but I was very wrong. This company is extremely reliable. The product was great, the delivery was fast and the customer service was incredible. One piece was missing from my order and I received a super quick answer with the missing part being shipped the next day and delivered a few days later. David was really reactive and helpful. I fully recommend this shop.

We were kept informed about order and arrived within the date specified.

Quick answer for any question by email and items delivered very quick in just 3 days .

Would just like to start off by saying thank you to David for the help. when we ordered
the pram from them online. Got back to me straight away to say it was in stock. It would be fast delivery There was a small hold up with the delivery but it was out of there hands. Great looking pram bugaboo fox 5. Would definitely use this company again.

THEFT.
Avoid this company. I ordered a product (pram conversion kit) from them 37 days ago and have received NOTHING. I have emailed DAVID back and forth and although he responds it is with constant excuses and no resolution. The product wasn’t even in stock when I ordered it yet I was never told this until I contacted them wondering where it was?!!! For a month I have been at a loss as to travel anywhere with my two babies as he has failed to send my item or refund my money so I can purchase elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A DISGRACE. Reported to trading standards for stealing my money.

Customer service terrible & staff lack accountability

I have NEVER encounter a company who is selling baby safety products be less concerned with the safety of a baby.
I bought a Doona X from here for £700 - this was used for barely 3 weeks and it broke, the company took 2-3 days firstly to respond to any emails. They excepted me to be without any kind of safe transportation for my baby and without a car chair for over a week while they sent it off to be repaired. Im not sure about you, but i dont want my 4 week old baby being in a 'repaired' car chair.
Customer servicer is non existent, I would NEVER ever order form this company again.
Absolutely disgusting behavior and attitudes towards child safety.
If this was a proper company like John Lewis they would have rectified the situation immediately, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Bought an Isofix base for my car seat. Price was discounted & was much better than competitors. Delivery was quick. Would use this company again.

Very poor communication and customer service.
We saw a pushchair on their website that was “pre-order” and stated the item would come in stock on 21st October. I ordered on 23rd October and contacted them to ask when to expect stock as the pre-order date was in the past, I was advised 2-3 days.

I have messaged David several times now asking for updates and each time I’m told the order will arrive on a certain date. That date changes every time I contact them and I’ve been expecting delivery three times now to be told they have oversold stock so still don’t have any to send to me. The item they have oversold is still showing as available for pre-order on their website and not as sold out so there will be more people who will experience these delays. Not once have they contacted me to inform me of delays I’m only made aware when I chase them.
Very disappointing service and I will not be using them again.

Good customer service - When only one shoe arrived the team was apologetic and very prompt at getting the other one sent out.

The service was great and efficient. Having read other reviews, I was worried about whether the item would be in stock, so I emailed and had a very prompt response to confirm the item was available. I placed the order one evening and it was dispatched the next day - great service!

Although there was a wait for the item to be stocked, the company communicated so well throughout and gave me different options incase I wasn’t able to wait and continued to keep me in the loop. Definitely would buy from here again.
