A product that has fully changed my routine and my overall energy levels for the better.

I travel a lot so my sleep schedule is not always ideal with time zone changes and long flights, making it hard to actually fall asleep. After I started taking Rested, I was able to relax and sleep the hours I needed, no matter what time zone I was in.

Diome Rested worked well for me when my sleep was disrupted. My Garmin watch sleep score visibly improved after using it, and I felt more rested. Solid product.

I just sat down to take Rested before my night routine. And after a long few days of pain, stress, and emotional stress. I remembered Grounded is coming out. I got so excited to see how well it works after seeing the results of Rested!

Rested regulated my sleep in a way I couldn’t imagine possible. The last few weeks would have taken a harsher toll had I not gotten the sleep I needed. I had taken melatonin for years, but it wasn’t a solution. I had to give myself 9 hours of sleep or I would wake up groggy, and sometimes anxious. Other times I wouldn’t take it at all and not get any sleep because I didn’t have a full 9 hours. I’ve never felt like that with Rested! Waking the next day is so easy!

DIOME is a bedside staple, essential for restful sleep. Been using it for almost a year and it's become part of my daily sleep routine.

These Diome sleeping tablets are a total scam! I never write reviews but both nights I took these I slept terribly. One v quick google search tells you that B vitamins (which it supposedly has in abundance) give your energy and are therefore 'not recommended at night'. They were £60 and I do not want anyone else to waste their money on this product.

With two young kids and a really unpredictable schedule, sleep is often the first thing to suffer.

Incredible, one of a kind product

Helps me go to great restful sleep, and then I wake up early but rested and energetic.

I tried rested after reading about it in the Times. Very simply put, after a week or so of taking two capsules a night my sleep pattern hit a groove that I don't ever want to end….. Thank you Diome
