It would be minus if I could they stole £68.99 from me as I never completed payment and asked PayPal to help me get my money back and they found in their favour despite already refunding for others so angry as I am a pensioner on pension credit..😡

I ordered one pack to try they invoiced me for 3 packs I couldn’t change this I am a pensioner have ended up owing £50 What a terrible company please be warned keep away

Tried to buy 1 box of sleep patches $29.99 and was charged without my knowledge or ok for 6 boxs. Luckily I went through PayPal and was refunded as soon as I asked the seller. The refund is the reason for the 2nd star.

just after my order a realised had the wrong delivery addressee so did contacted them to changed but they say was impossible the parcel already gone ha ha after 5 minute placing the order they say impossible then did say to cancel again they say impossible please do not do business with them they unreliable .

Ich habe 1 Packung Schlafpflaster bestellt und sofort bei PayPal nachgesehen und festgestellt, dass man mit 6 Packungen liefern wollte. Ich habe sofort storniert innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Der Verkäufer schrieb, dass Stornierung nicht möglich sei, da die Ware bereits verpackt und versandt wäre. Wer's glaubt!!! Ich habe bei PayPal sofort einen Fall eröffnet und mir wurde zum Glück geglaubt. Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer

I placed my order for the wireless solar power bank in November of 2025 and they have literally sent me nothing, never respond to my emails. I've sent probably 50 emails since placing my order with a order receipt attached.....and nothing. SCAM!! RIPOFF!! They have stolen $70 from me.

Was going to Ordered 1 pack to try it. The website then became like temu so I got out of it. Next minute a message to say may order for 6 packs had been received. I immediately contacted them and they said the order could not be changed as it had been sent. Of course this was highly unlikely. Also unbeknown to me it is advertised in US $ NOT Australian so beware. Cost me over $120 ! Won't be recommending this site to anyone. However my 6 months supply did arrive in a timely manner. They'd better be good.!

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. They will not answer e mails and it’s impossible to get a refund. More importantly they sneakily sign you up to a subscription when you have not agreed to this. I fortunately saw this on my PayPal account and immediately cancelled it. Avoid at all costs.

Ich bestellte ein Lockangebot und es wurde mir mehr Geld abgezogen als angegeben. Als ich die Bestellung in der gleichen Minute widerrufen wollte, wurde geantwortet, dass die Ware bereits unterwegs sei. Ja, ist klar !

Nach Eintreffen der Pflaster, habe ich sofort von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Mir wurde allerdings (nach Tagen) geantwortet, dass das nicht möglich wäre. Obwohl sie auf ihrer Seite damit werben.

Ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, die haben mir Geld abgebucht, für Mengen, die ich gar nicht bestellt habe! Auf mehrmaliges Urgieren hieß es nur, jetzt kann die Bestellung nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden!
Ein ausgedrucktes Fake Shop! Dagegen sollte man etwas unternehmen!

Something needs to be done about this scam

Spent over £200 on their products in November 2026 and despite numerous emails chasing them I have still not received anything. They are a scam - avoid at all costs.

Complete garbage. I placed an order on December 2, 2025. After a month of not receiving my order I called and emailed the company to get the status. No response. I ended up going to my credit card company and challenged the purchase. Ended up getting the charge credited.

I ordered online two batteries and the free radio on Dec 13th 2025. I have still yet to receive anything and cannot get ahold of anyone as to why. All emails from them have stopped as well unless it’s to promote more products. Very frustrating and very disappointed. I can’t even get my money back yet!?!?

This company took my money 49.99 plus shipping and handling. This was back on January 6th 2025, well here it is almost February 2026 still no product. I am as of today will dispute this transaction can't speak to anyone, no contact with anyone, always a text.
