We were greeted by a very friendly lady who explained the plans. She was very helpful, answered all our questions so we decided there and then to sign up with Dignity.

Ross was kind and considerate, taking the time to explain things.
His friendly manner put me at ease and it was a pleasant experience, as opposed to the stress and anxiety of dealing with a funeral when you’ve just lost a loved one.

We chose Dignity on the recommendation from a friend whose late husband had a cremation only plan, and which she also has. I asked "did they try to put on extra costs when he passed " The answer was "no".
My husband and I booked a meeting at the Preston office at H.J.Whalley & Sons 9th July. Our meeting was with Sharon. She was great. Put us at our ease straight away. So open and friendly, but also professional and knowledgeable. Sharon covered all the bases in a clear and precise way, while maintaining her friendly manner. Is it wrong to say we enjoyed our meeting with Sharon at Dignity? We don't think so. Thank you Sharon. We wish you nothing but the best for your future.

I had my appointment at Haynes Funeral Directors in Eccleshall. A very nice lady named Rebecca explained all the different options and what they covered. I was able to explain my wishes and obtain the relevant plan.

Staff on the phone helped me complete my funeral plan as I was having trouble on the website. (My fault not theirs!) They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy before proceeding
