Une des boutiques où il est encore facile d'avoir un bon choix de produits disponibles en stock pour la photo argentique avec des prix corrects.

La raison pour 4 étoiles et non 5, est que les produits sont envoyés de France (rapidement, comme attendu, mais il arrive que les livraisons ne soient pas aussi rapides qu'annoncées via le partenaire de Chronopost au Portugal). Situation pas nouvelle; je dois reconnaitre quand même que ça s'est beaucoup amélioré par rapport à avant...

Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le service après-vente car je n'ai jamais eu de soucis avec mes commandes.

Donc globalement satisfait du service.

made two orders this last week because I thought I was dealing with a Portugueses based company and the service would be reasonable. The first oder is late because it has not entered Portugal after 72 hours from original order. Turns out that deliveries come from France or Germany and not from the shop in Porto which is two hours away.
The second order was made, but after 24 hours it had not entered the delivery system, so I had the chance to cancel.
I wanted to support my "local company" - but my experience suggests that it would be better to go elsewhere

A minha encomenda chegou 12 dias depois, apesar de ter escolhido "Chronopost". Veio de França, foi para Espanha, voltou para França e finalmente para Portugal. A impressora que encomendei estava sem embalagem, o papelão estava danificado e sujo, a embalagem original mal estava fechada com fita adesiva. O atendimento ao cliente nunca respondeu durante todo esse tempo. Esta loja não é nada séria, não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Ordered fine-arts paper for print but unfortunately it came damaged due to poor packaging which was also poorly handled by the delivery company. Wrote to support as I was seeking a resolution but I received one line email which was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't do business with them again .

This company does not respond at all!

They say they have stock and they don't and it delays your delivery.... amount of money is held but then they don't take it until they have everything in stock.

Honestly... put your money elsewhere with someone else as this company is absolutely shocking!

No response on multiple occasions the last time I emailed them before my current order and with this order absolutely no response.

Disgusting way to do business.... be aware... if you want to be held to ransom after placing an order your desperately need like replacing sublimation paper in a printer or replacements for cameras..... shop anywhere else and don't give these guys your money.

No response.... no money taken then today they take the amount and just post... even the postage company contacted me hours before they could be bothered sending a notice to say they took money and placed the order a week after ordering.

Fiz uma encomenda, tem atualmente mais de 20 dias e ainda nada, já liguei para a loja dezenas de vezes, em dias diferentes, já enviei email e não tive resposta nenhuma, nem atendem as chamadas.

C'est une première expérience d'achat avec ce commerçant.
Pour le produit recherché:
- le prix était aligné sur celui de la plupart des magasins en Europe (merci à Bruxelles qui tue la compétition)
- le produit &tait disponible et en stock
- le produit était très bien emballé
- expédition et livraison très rapide
- facture en ligne et dans l'emballage

The prices are definitely very competitive and the delivery was very fast.
Nevertheless, one of the products I bought had clearly been open before. The filling contents weren't new, the small battery that came with it was also open.
The tripod itself was in very good condition, but with very small signs of usage or handling.

As I said, the prices are fantastic, so I'm still giving the experience a 4/5, but I won't be recommending the website to people that want something new.
