I was contacted by the digital DRA as someone had stolen my identity and opened a loan with a client of theirs, and it looked like I owed some money. When I asked for support to understand what I could do about it, they kept on asking me to send them personal information via email. When I said I wasn’t comfortable to do it in weiting and wanted a phone call, they said there wasn’t anything else they could do, told me that I could incur in further penalties and even legal action, and sent me payment options. Whilst I understand this is a digital company, your processes need to be updated. When someone mentions they’ve been a victim of fraud there needs to be a way to support them. Fraud is a serious issue that affects many mentally so you should do better.

I was dealt with by a young lady called Jess. I explained my situation with a previous provider whom I was waiting to receive a final bill from however after eight months this bill still had not been provided and my current provider was waiting to receive this final bill so that they could pay as agreed on switching with them. Jess is now on the case and is going to find out where it is and is going to send it through an email so that I can forward it to my current provider thank you Jess for your patience while I explained this to you five star review as she was very good at her job thank You.

So today I have multiple emails from someone called Simon from The Digital DRA (don't know if thats his real name) My account has been closed because the refuse to take any reponsibility regarding breaking GDPR protocol over my account. I have never refused paying what I owe and wanted to start payments from 31/1/26 which I have shown them proof and they have just ignored it. Saying it's my fault and they refuse to do anything about it. They tried taking the payment out early which was sneaky and which is in direct violation of GDPR. I asked again how to move foward from this and the next thing you know they have closed my account. I asked "Simon" if he has mentioned to the original account holder that they have broken GDPR? Also if they have told them that I have not refused to pay anything? Now they wont talk to me..Absolute Scammers BEWARE PEOPLE! their tag line is giving customers a helping hand..more like giving them the middle finger and walking off! They won't even ring you or have a contact number. COWARDS!!

Four times in two years they’ve contacted my number chasing a debt, didn’t tell me who i owed money to, in every case they had the wrong name and number. Can’t dpeak to anyone it’s all via wattsapp

They are debt collectors. Scum of the earth debt collectors, who will harass you on behalf of their ‘clients’ and will not produce original paperwork that shows you owe them anything. As far as I’m concerned, it is not my concern if this grubby little business chooses to buy bad debts, for pennies on the pound, then attempt to bully people into paying them. I suggest you treat them as if they are a scammer, who is trying to steal from your family, and invite them to procreate with their mothers.
