They pester non stop email after email u have to find money they just don't leave u alone I couldn't cope anymore absolutely ridiculous

I received a msg from digitaldra asking me to pay money I don't owe to So Energy, this is the 3rd debt collection agency that So energy have engaged all of which have accepted I have no liability So energy are being truly awful and bullying but Charlotte at digitaldra resolution team accepted my dispute and handed the issue back to So energy and apologised for the vexatious claim made by So energy thanks Charlotte

Charlotte was fantastic throughout. She was understanding, gave me time to gather the evidence I needed, and kept me informed during the process. Once I sent the official documents, she reviewed everything and resolved the matter quickly. Excellent customer service.

The digital DRA made every effort to resolve a outstanding payment from On the Beach.

I would like to compliment Jordan from the Resolutions team. Absolutely amazing helping me, there wasn't a single bit of pushiness or demanding higher payment than I could afford. A very good company willing to help if you explain your situation. Its brilliant I could live chat to sort this as I hate phonecalls. I highly recommend making contact with this company I feel so relieved after doing so.

I had a payment plan set up and had an issue with my bank account, I received an email from Amaad an agent who was very efficient, understanding and helped me with reinstating my plan with extra care of my circumstances. I'm very grateful for his help and support.

I really appreciated how easy it was to clear my debt in a few steps. I opted for bank transfer, which was made easy by connecting the Digital DRAs site directly with online banking apps.
No need to switch between websie and online banking, trying to remember sequence of numbers.
