DigitalDra were engaged by E.ON Next to…

DigitalDra were engaged by E.ON Next to pursue a non-existent debt they claimed I owed. After getting nowhere with E.ON Next I contacted DigitalDra direct. I spoke to Amaad, I found him to be courteous, respectful, empathetic, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. I'm still in dispute with E.ON Next but DigitalDra have supported me.

Clowns and charlatans.

Clowns, mercenary, charlatans. A business based on fear and harrasment. Bullying tactics married with a complete lack of facts and professionaism. The directors' details are all accessible in the public domain online through Companies House.

These liars keep using threatening messages about an EON…

These people keep messaging about an EON debt and threaten to mark it as unpaid on my credit score i owe these nothing and if they attempt to to do this to my credit score i will see them in court do not even have the decency to give a number to call most likely because they are aware of the fact that people will complain

Threatening, out of touch and dangerous

You (DRA) never seemed aware or to care what was happening with my complaint. I'd referred the Ombudsman. You sent messages threatening legal action before the OB had made a decision. You never seemed to be able to confirm how much I owed. Hopeless. Wish I could give minus stars. All that agro for £70. I'm sooooo happy in the knowledge that between you and SoEnergy it must have cost you both hundreds more to collect it and all down to poor service. Looking forward to my letter of apology from SoEnergy too. Idiots.

I had no idea I owed money to my old…

I had no idea I owed money to my old energy company. Luckily I looked in my spam folder and found an email.

I think more should be done to ensure that people know there is an outstanding debt and a letter should be sent as well as emails.

Payment though the website was easy though, which is why I didn't give 1 star

Great service

I have been speaking with Charlotte from the Resolutions team over the last two days and she has been very helpful. I had alot of concerns and personal stuff going on with my finances. Agents of the Banking Cartel

These criminals are agents of the banking cartel. Purchasing data from so called financial agencies. They bombard you with texts to “help” you with your so called “debt”. If you are making payments to these agents, please stop now and take action against improper use of your data. They will never provide a contact (phone) number. Daniel James Calcott, Stuart Elliot, Thomas Hill and Arren Khan are directors of the company. Shane on them.

Please use respectful business English.

Not only are they pursuing me for a debt that I have been disputing for over three years, they sent me an email opening Hey (first name).
Unless they can write respectful business English I will have nothing to do with them.

Later: they actually wrote to apologise. Kudos to them! E.ON Next are rude as well as imcompetent, but I do appreciate Digital DRA for actually reading and replying to their correspondence.
