I’ve been ordering from this company for a while now. Service has been amazing especially from Arun. The packaging is great and my dog loves this food. Will be a loyal customer for sure
My dog Kyle loves this food. Arun was so helpful and delivery was quicker than expected. The whole process was so smooth and my Kyle will not eat any other brand than Raw Dogfood direct!!

I've ordered from this brand previously with no issues.
But my last order on 27th August didn't arrive till 3rd September.
I know there is a bank holiday between but considering it was ordered on the 27th on a 48 hour delivery service and not getting it till the 3rd September and when it arrived the dog meat had thawed out was a bad service.
Whats happening?
Do i put this down to the bank holiday and if this is the case they should have known.
Is this now safe to feed my dog ?
Update
I contacted Raw dog food direct and they took my case on board and sent me another package to replace the meat that had come previously. But they used the same shipping company DHL on a 48 hour delivery and guess what ? . Yes it was late again due to staff on sick leave so again it had thawed.
The meat needs better packaging and definitely a new company to deliver.

Switched from Purina dry food to raw a few weeks ago and I'm really pleased to how much she really loved the Just Natural Turkey option immediatily. Ordering was fast, straightforward and it arrived double-boxed and still proper frozen.
