Dave has been grooming my 4 year old springer spaniel for the past 3 years. Lotus is a very nervous dog but Dave is very patient with her & she is always happy when she comes out the van. Dave always listens to exactly what I would like & she smells lovely!

My dog is very wary of men but Dave is very patient with her and she always looks and smells gorgeous after Dave is finished with her. Used Dial a dog for 6 years and won’t go anywhere else! So convenient that he comes to our house.

I have used Dial a Dog Wash for years. They are always great at communicating when booking in, and they offer an approximate time slot. Usually, they arrive towards the start of the time slot. Dave, who comes to groom and wash my dogs, is absolutely lovely. He is gentle and kind with the dogs, and always checks what I want doing.

I used to find getting a haircut for my dogs super stressful, but with Dial a Dog Wash I find it easier and I trust them to do a great job with my cocker spaniel and shih tzu cross cairn. I strongly recommend them.

Diane is so lovely, she's professional ,caring and accommodating.

I recently had my dog groomed by Natalie from Dial a Dog Wash mid Cornwall She was very reassuring as my dog is quite nervous She did a fantastic job and would highly recommend her I won’t be using anyone else

Natalie is amazing with my pooch. Willow doesn't let me cut her claws but is always willing to let Natalie do it. She's the dog whisperer 😁

Diane is excellent at dealing with my chihuahua who is quite bitey!! Buster had his nails trimmed as well after his grooming. Would recommend her service.

I have been using Mid cornwall Dial a Dog Wash for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Marie comes to my home, washes and cuts my dogs fur and claws, and my dog is happy and not at all distressed. Communication is good, if ever an appointment is late or cancelled Marie lets me know and comes up with an alternative slot in the same week (although this is very rare, there has never been an outright cancellation however). Marie always automatically books us in for 2 months time following a haircut so we always have it on the calendar. The salon itself (inside the van) is clean and well maintained, and the price of the service is good, especially considering they come to you. I always recommend Marie to friends looking for a new groomer.

Marie and Laura are excellent, Yogi our husky was well treated and always enjoyed his groom, right up to the end, they treated him with respect when his back legs went. Communication and booking is excellent 5 star all round , always recommend and when we replace yogi, we will use again

Marie has been incredible with all 3 of our dogs, who all have different ‘quirks’. She listens & treats them like her own, they always come back looking & smelling fantastic which is no mean feat! Both our current dogs love her despite not being keen on being bathed. Marie is always happy to give us advice on how to best care for each dogs different coat types. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Marie has been grooming my 3🐕🐕🐕 dogs every 6 weeks for many years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else. She is so professional and has so much knowledge and experience working with many different breeds of dogs.
Our dogs are always happy to see her (as am I!) and they come back smelling clean and beautifully groomed. Couldn't recommend her enough 🥇🐾

Marie goes above and beyond. I have a rescue so was worried about how he would react. I explained my worries to Marie and she adjusted things accordingly. My dog has been groomed by Marie for 5 yrs and I wouldn’t change anything 😄

We were recommended Dial a dog wash for our dog, Bertie. I love the fact that the van comes to your home and is fully equipped for all their grooming needs inside. Bertie came back looking amazing and smelling so nice! When we got our rescue, Peggy, we knew that she would be looked after by Dial a dog wash and had no hesitation booking her in for a groom. Peggy had a traumatic past and was very nervous but she was looked after and reassured. I won’t use anyone else now and always recommend when people are looking for groomers for their pets.

Have been using Marie's services for 3 years.
She is so good with my Beagle and he absolutely loves her and gets excited when we say Marie is coming to give him a bath (he has separation anxiety).
He always comes back spotless and smells amazing.
Marie is also brilliant with his claws, he won't let is touch them.
Will always recommend Marie as she really is amazing and such a lovely person.
