I would like to thank Patrick from “Dialadogwash” for his amazing service.
I live in sixmilecross and spotted his van at a neighbours house and I went over to price a groom for my dog. He kindly offered to groom my dog there and then and it’s the best service I’ve ever received. My dog is 15 years old and he looked 10 times younger when Patrick was finished with him . 5 🌟 from me 😆

Been with dial a dog wash for some years now, very responsive when need yo book appointment myself and my baby Daisy she is my world and I have 100 % trust in Dave when it comes to pamper day for Daisy she gets on the van and arrives back at the door looking beautiful and she loves her pamper day thanks a million dial a dog wash 💖🐾🐶🐾💖 fantastic service all round

Do not recommend Dave

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with Biscuit’s groom. Her fur was cut much shorter than expected without us being asked how we wanted it, and her nails were still very long and didn’t appear to have been cut.

We were also told the groomer would arrive between 3–4pm but arrived around 2pm.

For the price we paid, we expected a better service and unfortunately wouldn’t use them again.

Have left a message to Dave but as expected did not get a response

Would not recommend to anyone

I’ve been using this amazing company over years not just for the dog I have now but my last one today because I think it’s a lot easier on the dogs got not noises and other dogs that there not comfortable with I honestly love Dial a dog wash such amazing company always gonna keep using for all the dogs I have couldn’t ask for anyone better my dogs always smelling so nice and look amazing i would definitely recommend them

We have been using Dave at Dial a Dog Wash since our dog was 6 months old. Dave and Reggie have a brilliant relationship and we wouldn't trust anyone else to groom him. We must also mention Michelle who makes the appointment booking process so easy. Thank you both!

David has been looking after my cavapoo (Lily) for a few years now. He is so caring and always does a good job. I have to have her cut right down as her fur gets really thick, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it.

This is the first time using dial a dog wash, I was fitted in at short notice which I really appreciated. The groomer was reliable, polite and professional. Charlie was very comfortable in her hands and looked fabulous!

Diane is very good with our puppy Rolo. She tidies him up very well as his fur grows very quickly. He comes out smelling amazing and looks so cute. Thank you Diane.

Diane did an absolutely amazing job grooming my toy poodle, Teddy. He had the full works and came home looking gorgeous, smelling beautiful and feeling so soft and fluffy. You can really see the care, patience and attention to detail that she puts into her work.

Teddy always comes back in happy and content, which reassures me that he feels safe and looked after throughout.

Diane is polite, friendly and genuine, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Teddy’s groom was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Diane should be proud of the wonderful work she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy groomer! 🥰

Dave is very friendly and calm with Sooty who is a nervous dog. Sooty is happy to go for her clip and wash.

groomer can't work.Van has broken down too many times. I'm registered disabled and can't get to a grooming parlour and have been left without an alternative dial a dog wash no. to phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would !! Wigan and St Helens branch in particular. Groomed my dog and somehow ended up with a damaged nail. Wouldn't accept any responsibility at all. There customers.er service is useless, they side with there employees. They don't give a damn. Definitely give them a miss !!!

This is my first time with dial a dog groomers.
The guy who came to my house today was very nice and very good with my 2 shitzu dog's.
When my dog's came back from the grooming van I. Was delighted to see the difference in my dog's

First class service good prices.

I have used Dial A Dog Wash several times, and the service is just fantastic, Dave comes to the door on time or will let me know he is running late. He is so good with my 3 chihuahuas and treats them like his own. They always look super smart when they are done and smell divine. Highly recommend this company.

We have used dial a dog wash a few times now for our large olde English bulldog. They arrive on time and he loves his pamper. Very professional service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST DONT let them groom or touch your dog if you love your pet .
The groomer cut my dogs leg so deep her bone has shown!!! She needed immediately medical attention!!! At the vet !!
And after all ,she needed 3 hours to clipp a tiny dog (2kg) and not good at all! everywhere was blood and a upset dog 💔
